Very negative experience here though I unfortunately did not work with Shaun who is evidently very good per other reviews. I was told I that I owed $2k less than I actually did when filing my returns. Per the IRS, the issues were very obvious and the tax preparer would have been able to see everything they needed to give me an accurate number. I emailed about this and was never given an explanation for the mistake, though I was told twice that they were sorry I’m unable to pay my bill, something I thought was a bit rude considering this was not something I mentioned and the bill was paid in full. I simply wanted to understand why there was such an enormous discrepancy, which I think is reasonable. Will definitely not be back.

Fantastic experience. I've struggled with my taxes in the past and the extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff at US Tax Service helped me immensely!! After completing my taxes and walking through my return with me, they helped me to pin point the issues with my W-4 and gave me great advise to avoid issues in the future. I will NEVER use H&R Block again - found my tax professionals for life!Thank you US Tax Service!

I've worked with Shaun Griffith for years now and can't imagine having another firm handle my business or personal tax returns.
