Got a great unit for a great price. Facility was clean and the staff was awesome. Dez and Shardai working in the office were great and the made the transaction smooth.

Upon signing up, Dez was very nice, and we were very interested in the discounted rate. Fast forward 4 months, and our rate was raised by 250%! This business is predatory and they prey on consumers looking for deals. Avoid and use U-Haul. I repeat AVOID!

Less than 1 star...for sure.
I opened a unit in February and agreed to a monthly of approximately $60 per month, which would start after an initial period of 2-3 months at $45 (promotion going on when I signed up). Fast forward 5 months and my monthly price is now $145! After leaving multiple messages I finally got a call back and the person who called me asked me if I would be interested in moving my stuff into a different unit for a lesser price (which is still more than what I originally agreed to), I voiced my issues and they told them that I would not move into another unit and asked if they wanted to keep me as a customer by keeping to their original deal and they hung up on me.
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE A BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM
Updated on 7/28/24 - Their response to my initial review prompted them to reply here asking for my contact details. I private messaged them my cell number and do you think they ever called me??? NO. They simply wanted to make it seem like they were responsive to people pointing out their ridiculously unfair business practices that results in the theft of their customers hard earned money. This facility is rotten and if you have any good sense you will STAY AWAY.

Just got a unit at South Philly US Storage and it had a column right in the middle of the unit. Luckily Shardai and Desmond were there to help me locate another unit which has better access and is column free! Shout out to Shardai and Desmond for making this such a wonderful stress free experience!
