This was the first visit I made to Urban Outfitters. The staff was very helpful and the cashier helped me order the item I was looking for with free delivery. I would recommend shopping at this store because I saw a lot of cute things I would purchase.

This was also my first time in Urban Outfitters at this particular location. The first thing I noticed was that the glass doors were filthy it looked like a dog have been looking on the glass. I'm particular about that I come from Healthcare and glass should be clean and see through not cloudy looking like a dog has been licking on it. I did bring that to the associates attention. They have a large selection of both men and women's clothes I was only concerned with the women's clothing which I did find a few pieces that I really liked. The atmosphere of the store was nice, the associates were friendly respectful, and professional. The dressing room was clean and well kept. They have an elevator if you are disabled or if you opt out of walking up or down the steps. That is a plus my overall experience was a great one. I will definitely be returning to this particular Urban Outfitters location and I would definitely recommend. However I just won't be touching the door knob to get in again as the glass was filthy and cloudy. But overall I had a wonderful experience.

Love the store, layout, not too much variety when it comes to style. Didn’t find anything, but all the stuff was very helpful and directing me to where I needed to go.

I'm always so sad when I go into an UO these days. They used to be so damn cool. Now it's just overpriced and boorish. The mens is really sad and not edgy anymore. I keep hoping they will get new buyers or inspired to be what they once were. But I'm disappointed every time I go in.

The workers there were nothing but unhelpful. I tried two items on and one of them the zipper was broken and the other one had a hole in it. I asked them to get me another one and they had no idea where the items were located and didn't even tell me. I waited in the dressing room for 10 minutes to come out to the workers staring at me helpless.
