Wish I could write a better review. I've never had problems with the staff, but I have had many issues with my packages delivered from this store. I run a small business and at least 3 of my packages were never shipped to my customers when I dropped them off at this store. I don't know what the problem is, but calling the store or corporate never solves the issue.

This is the best UPS I have ever gone to in my life. Everyone who works there is so kind and easy to work with and are truly customer service professionals. Shout out to Key and Jay and Eric they are amazing!!

I have never had any problems with this UPS until today! I entered shortly after 9am when they opened. I had a package that needed a label printed for the return. There was a lady who was in front me but left quickly. I was next in line. There were two white guys working. I waited a few seconds before someone attended to me. I say Good Morning to the gentlemen never replied but gave a rude look. I then told him I needed a label printed. This took longer than usual for him to look up and print not sure why very weird. Then he asked was this label for everything in the box! Like what kind of question is this, of course it is. Do you ask all your customers this?! He then handed me the tracking receipt, I said thank you and no still nothing! My thing is I watched how pleasant this man was with the white lady before me and then when it came to me just rude. I’m upset I didn’t get his name but it don’t cost anything to say Good Morning!! If you hate your job quit because you’re dealing with the general public everyday!

The staff at this UPS store in Roxborough are fantastic! They are knowledgeable, helpful + friendly. They are customer centered + solution based. it is a pleasure being at customer here! I tell all clients + friends to go here for their mailbox, printing + shipping needs.

10/10 service, The gentleman Kidane was extremely helpful and assisted me in doing a shipment for an international package. He helped write up the customs form since it was my first time and was more than stellar. They also tape up your boxes for free which helped me save on another expense. I recommend them any day of the week, and have never had an issue. It was quick, smooth, and stellar as they got me out to finish the day as fast as I got in!

The staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. I needed to print welcome cards for my destination wedding and Key helped me come up with a cost effective plan to print them and cut them for me. Overall, the experience was great and I will definitely be back!
