The supervisor Juwan Slade does not let customers send anything USPS or priority mail. He wants to upsell UPS. He will simply tell customers who request sending regular mail to go away by lying. Also, he reads false prices to customers who irritate him.

Hit or miss. Sometimes the staff members are very diligent and helpful with minimal wait time...other times when its the older gentleman there alone, he will not help you unless specifically nudged in your direction - I don't go to the UPS store to hang out, and the packages I'm holding probably need to be shipped.
The entrance is on 17th street, NOT market

The store atleast need one more additional work, two workers can’t manage the amount of traffic that comes through Market Street location even though they are doing their best.

The UPS Store in market Square charges for return labels to Amazon, I don't understand how different UPS Stores don't follow the same
Today I visited the UPS STORE on RIDGE AVE. They never charge a fee and the STAFF there are much more helpful.
