This UPS Store on Spruce is wonderful! I pick up my deliveries here. The owner & workers have never been anything but helpful & kind + they are well organized! I have used other UPS access points & my packages have been lost or damaged. This Spruce St store is now my go to place for shipping & deliveries!

I came to return a package and it was 1:53 when I walked in and it’s still 1:53 , it literally took me less than 60 seconds and along with it was handed over this surgery code, was lightning fast.

I've always had great service and usually don't have to wait on long lines. The prices are reasonable and the staff is always very helpful if I ever need assistance on the computer, printing out labels, emailing documents, ect.
