The 5 stars all go to Tamika!!! The majority of times I’ve been to this location it’s been hit or miss. Some employees are rude and some are just lazy. Not Tamika, she’s the absolute best! @USPS, give Tamika a promotion and a raise immediately!! She is literally the most pleasant and helpful employee I’ve ever encountered at any location. She should honestly be running this place and making all hiring decisions! Thanks again Tamika, you rock!!

I have a PO BOX HERE! THEYRE ALWAYS CLOSED!! I order packages from Amazon that says delivered and I’m not able to get any of my mail! Bad business and illegal

Why is this place always closed?? I've had my po box here for 8 years but since COVID it is closed all the time. Recently it has been so bad I haven't been able to check it at all this year. I've been trying to go when I can which is usually around 3-4pm but every time I go they are closed. So I went today at 1pm (a random Thursday no holidays at all) and they were still closed! There were lots of people trying to go into the locked doors. There were no signs outside saying why they were closed. Why am I paying for this. I'm going to cancel my po box when it ends this year.

The hours posted are never the hours opened. They seem to just randomly close the doors.

These postal workers truly dont give a shit. They open up when they want & close when they want. They have the personality of a wet mop too. No manners whatsoever.

If this location were a car, it would be sold for scrap. I've filed a complaint at the USPS website, because about 1/3 of the time that I go here, it is not open during its posted hours. They need either to shut it down altogether, or radically cut back on the hours so at least they be open the hours that they say they're open. It's too bad for me, because it's walking distance. But I don't see them fixing the situation here without some kind of radical change.

I’m not sure how they do things here. I’ve shipped multiple packages with usps. For whatever reason when I ship from this location. My packages are always delayed. One didn’t get to its destination for three weeks.

They are always close or always saying their system is down . Even though the hours state they are open from 9am to 5pm they are always close before them. They are hurting the community but never being open. Something needs to be done

Worst post office on the planet. They are either closed when they are supposed to be open, or close early. That or there is some kind of technical problem that disrupts all services. Don't waste your time coming here.

I looked for a terrible place on the Internet and it said it was open and they closed until 5 and surprise when I arrived at 3 there was a sign that said it was closed I arrived twice and both times it was closed

This place is a joke. They are never open and they always have a printed out piece of paper saying they close at 3 o’clock when the hours of operation are until 4 PM. This place needs new management.

This post office on Cottman Ave always has a problem. Today, the window wad closed due to "it's the system" they are saying as we are greeted coming in. You can't even buy postage or do anything on the machine. And this happens more often than any post office I've ever been in my life! Also, the window closes at 3 PM at this location. Is that normal? the hours posted are 5 PM, but they have a handwritten sign up for a while not. I cannot stand that this is my neighborhood post office! It’s always been terrible with bad service and system outages! Who manages this place?

I never know what their closing time is on any given day. Staff tends to be surly , I am going to try an other post office. The sign on their door indicates when they open but never when they close. You take a chance every time you go there. I have had it with them!
