This is one of the WORST POST OFFICE IN PHILLY, second is on levick st. Whew .
So it seems like all the government building are giving us Americans 3rd world service , so the government can dish out millions to other countries but the post office and staff is broken down?
First of all this location only had two people, it says they are hiring cause they need help but when you go online there is no application for that location. So are you guys hiring more people or not ?
2. They don’t ever have any supplies at this location , tape , boxes a pencil . It’s always we don’t have it , you have to wait in a long like cause the two people employed there move like snails .
3 . They say they are open and when you go the doors are locked , with a sign saying on lunch or just no sign at all but the hours online says it should be open .
4. It looks dirty and dingy in there , the walls , ceiling the floors it’s just so dingy you would think this is a post office in a village with no running water or electricity in Venezuela .
5 HOW DOES A POST OFFICE HAVE NO INTERNET SERVICE FOR 3 days ? So no labels can be printed I do poshmark and I have to walk over there with my packages just to be told they have no internet and the machines are down , UNITED STATES POSTAL OFFICE has no internet for days ??? Someone needs to be fired and this place needs to be revamped I can’t believe how 3rd world this location is to be in the MAYFAIR AREA ! A disgrace !!!!!

Definitely THE worst post office in Philly. The shipping supplies are always empty and they apparently make up their own hours. The "lunch sign" says closed from 1-2:30, but it NEVER opens back up at 2:30. I wasn't aware that government employees receive a hour and a half lunch let alone more than that!

I would be amazed if this wasn’t the worst post office in the entire country. Hardly keep any standard shipping products in stock and they apparently just make up whatever hours they’d like and lock up when they feel like it.If you need anything or want to be able to mail something during normal business hours I recommend not wasting your time and just go elsewhere.

Went to the cottman and frankford Philadelphia branch, associate was great.I'm sorry I didnt get his name,I was mailing a passport renewal application. He asked me if I wanted him to check it to make sure it was in order, I told him sure,Glad I did,had some issues that would have delayed it getting processed.he was wearing a navy veteran hat and wore glasses with a beard..he should be commended for his professional work ethic..and I and my wife thank him for his service..

Closed everyday from 1pm to 2:30pm for lunch! Ever heard anything like this? Only in the 3rd world countries is this possible. This USPS is another representation of how sad and how hopeless we became as a country and a society.

I had something important to mail and needed to purchase a mailing envelope as well. I showed up at the branch on Frankford and Cottman Avenue at 3:20 pm (closing time is 4:30 pm.). There is a sign on the door that says they are closed for lunch from 1-2:30 p.m. due to staffing shortage. Why weren't they open at 3:20 pm.? Lights were out and grate was down over the counter. Not impressed. On the way to my next stop, I decided to use the Roosevelt Mall post office which I should have known better to use. Customer service is horrible and there are always lines. One of the clerks shouted something about if you had boxes you can leave them on the counter. Unprofessional. I needed to get in line because I had to pay for a mailer I purchased. Will be avoiding the Roosevelt Mall post office from now on. I could go on but you get the gist.

Unfortunately I would give it 0 stars! This guy (in a navy veteran hat) has a horrible attitude. The mail IS NOT THE NAVY! You're working on the USPS?♂️.Terrible attitude for 9:10 am!

If I could give this USPS a 0 star it will be great, first of all I have no idea why is this USPS even open when they can't even take care of customer. I went here to ship mult-packages the spanish lady giving me attitude saying you must be in line for ever 10 package you have.

They can't find my email, they say they don't have it and Ami tells me that thieves are in his office. None of them are useful.
