Worst Ulta ever extremely unprofessional

I visited this Ulta after a pretty tough day. As I started browsing, I was greeted by Tianna, who offered to help. I know very little about makeup, but I had an idea of what I wanted my makeup to look like. Tianna was extremely helpful and friendly. She listened to what I wanted, showed me each look, and how to apply. It was such an enjoyable experience, and her kindness was very much appreciated! I was able to get all the items I needed, and whatever was out of stock, they are shipping to me.

The staff greets you as soon as you walk in! I love that because it makes you feel welcomed. The store is clean , organized and fully stocked as well not to mention there is plenty of parking!

Overall it was ok, but at the end I was checking out and remembered I had an Ulta account but didn’t have a phone number linked and the cashier asked if I wanted to make a rewards account, I said no and she explained the benefits that I also refused. At one point she completely ignored me after I refused to make an account and turned to my friend to ask for her phone number for rewards. She was super rude about it and people were also confused as to why she was trying to pressure me into it and then basically disregarded me and turned to my friend to make her checkout process easier or whatever.+ She also did not let me buy my items till I put in a number for the rewards

Purchased a skincare kit and it was super expired. Didn’t realize until after I had used it (small print on the bottom of the box) and since I trusted Ulta employees checked as they are supposed to. Went to return and they gave me a huge attitude, didn’t care that my face had burns from using multiple expired products, offered nothing not even an ‘I’m sorry’ and that’s after I wasn’t greeted, helped, etc.

This location is great Tabatha is the Best and Tatiyanna started today and she was awesome got me right with the concealer and Tabitha is just outtanding and friendly

I did my signature haircut here. I'm wearing a hijab so I called them before my appointment and she accommodated me very well. She makes sure I feel comfortable. my stylist was annemarie she is amazing. she did a wonderful job. She was so friendly and listened to what I needed. I'm very very satisfied with my haircut. I will definitely go there again and will make sure that Annemarie does my hair again.

I usually don't have any issues here. The service here has always been a bit nonexistent- they ask if you need help, but either can't help or don't want to. They really like to talk to each other to be honest. It didn't bother me enough to write a review though. The reason I'm writing this review is because I placed my first pick up order this week. I ended up getting sick with the flu so I was not able to pick up. They sent me an email that today was my last day to pick up so instead of going through the whole process again, I decided to send my bf to pick up the order with my ID and signed on to my app with the order number. It was a $30 order, didn't think it would be a big deal. I called the store to verify just in case, but the lady on the line said I had to call customer service to add him as an authorized buyer?? I call customer service and the agent said they can't modify online orders, but she suggested I give my bf an approval letter with a signature and copy of my ID to take to the store and they may authorize it. I explained to her I just talked with the store and they said they couldn't so agent says, well it was just a suggestion. Ended up canceling the order and deciding to never shop at Ulta again because they aren't competitive in price, the service lacks and there are a billion other places to shop for the same items because no one goes there for the Ulta brand anyways. I do drive up orders at acme, target, Sephora, etc. never had this issue, but it annoyed me so much that I came to write this review and purchased the item elsewhere, I actually saved some money too! Lol.

TABITHA ! I am just getting into makeup and she took her time with me. From getting me good quality products to giving me genuine advice and matched my shades perfectly. My first experience at this location was rushed and the employee didn’t seem to take her time or care which is why i had to come back a a second time and do an exchange because none of the products matched. Tabitha was very personable and I will never forget our encounter.

I love this Ulta beauty location, with convenient parking lot. The staff are friendly and helpful. I've been buying most of my makeup and beauty supplies from them, but never gone to there salon for any service until this last month! Previously I had gone to a upscale salon in town on Fairmont Ave and got highlights and hair cut which I wasn't happy about at all! So, I decided to try Ulta beauty salon. I called and spoke to Annemarie at the salon and made an appointment for consultation. I met Annemarie on the day of my consultation right as I walked into Ulta beauty store she greeted me with a big smile and tooke me back to her station. She asked me what I was trying to achieve and listened to everything that I didn't like about my hair. She took the time to explain to me the process and made me very comfortable! She was so confident that made me trust her to do my hair! Annemarie was to fix the yellow in my hair which I didn't like from my previous experience at the salon on Fairmont Ave with a different stylist which I'm not going to name, also I wanted more high lights in my hair. Annemarie took the time and got rid of the yellow in my hair and gave me beautiful highlights! I loved my hair and got so many compliments that night.My second appointment was today November/29/23 with Annemarie for root touch up and a haircut! As soon I walked in to the store I saw Annemarie with her big smile waiting for me. We walked to her station and I told her what I wanted done this time and after talking with her she suggested that it's best if I get highlights again instead of root touch up for the colors I wanted to achieve, and for my hair cut she asked if I could send her samples on my phone while she was mixing my colors. Annemarie took the time again to listen to my needs and the results are absolutely amazing! She gave me the most gorgeous haircut and my highlights are double the gorgeous ?❤️ I love this girl she is amazing she doesn't like to rush and takes time and pays attention to every detail. She is the best hair stylist in my eyes.Thank u Annemarie

Eyebrow appointments are always behind and not producing good results anymore. Otherwise stock is fine and salon is good
