Penelope customer service skills were great however she’s a liar! Penelope told me that I would receive a 20% discount whether or not I was approved and then didn’t give me the discount. Ironically, another customer heard the lie that she tried to cover up! I have literally been a customer for over 15 years and this was the first lie, I will NEVER shop at this location again. I absolutely hate liars.

In November an ulta worker pushed me to sign up for an Ulta credit card. I got my credit card and put 94 dollars on it. I paid it off in April and I am finding out now I am getting charged an extra $80 for a late fee no one told me about. I was told when I made the payment on the phone my balance was $0. I called customer service to report it and the lady on the phone was acting like I racked up late fees within a month which totaling up to$80.00. Such a scam. Don't get the ulta credit card cause they act like they notified you about your balance due and I never received letters about these fees.

So I send my husband in the Roosevelt Blvd location a lot because he works up near Roosevelt Blvd and they always treat him very rude. He hates going in there but does it for me. I had purchased two lip products that are sold in the store and ordered them for pick up. The order was filled and ready for pick up. I asked him when he got into the store to ask where the product was located so that I can see if there were more colors. The First Lady told him that the particular product was not sold in stores. How? I literally just purchased the same brand and items for pick up. So he went to the front and the lady told him the same thing. He explained that the order that he was picking up had those exact items in it l. So it had to be sold at this location. She said that the order was probably refunded because she could not find it and that item was not sold there. That was a complete lie because I had the order number that confirmed my order was ready! So they looked again and found my order smh! So that means that that particular item is sold in this exact store but y’all are too lazy to look for it! So the manager came and said she would look in the back and then stated that had to be the last 2 which I don’t believe! I honestly think my husband is racily profiled when he goes to this location. He is in his work clothes and looks a little rough and they probably assume he is there to steal. They are always unwilling to help him and very nasty towards him and he is the sweetest thing . This store needs to be retrained on how not to discriminate against men and men of color. A bunch of hateful women mad cause their man would never come in there and shop for them. He has also bought colognes from this location for himself. Disgusting customer service.

I'm sorry but I have to give it a one star. I was not even allowed in because I'm a minor "going to steal." Like no I went for a concelar and a setting spray. Like I get it its philly but not all minors steal okay?

Julie , Serena and there was one other girl that I didn’t get her name . It is April 1 2024 so all the women there today were amazing !!! One had to come to the register 2 x to assist and was pleasantly kind unlike other stores when managers come to register huffing and puffing . I left feeling that the staff went above and bound for me ! From the time I entered the store to make an appointment for my brows till I checked out …I was assisted with all questions and felt like I was talking to friends. Every time I go to this store I always am met with the kindest sales team . I work in customer service as a manager so I know these girls truly care about customers and are helpful . The store is lucky to have them!! Having a great sales staff that is easy to talk to also always has me spending the $$$ ? but I always find new products I fall in love with ! Thank you Thank You !!

Karla is the best hairstylist ever!! She has been doing my hair for almost 20 years! She is the only person I trust with my hair! Highly recommend her. She has taken me fromblack to blonde with no damage, to red and back to black and my hair has stayed healthy through all of it. Her cuts and styles are A+++!

I know theft is a real issue in general, but I wish the employees didn't make it seem like I shouldnt be there or shopping around was an inconvenience. Honestly, shopping online is easier at this point. I guess trying new perfume is going to take a pause.The Estee Lauder reps and makeup employees are great . Other ulta employees unfortunately not so much. I requested a perfume I was familiar with and the employee refused to allow me to even touch it until I purchased it first. I spent abt 300 in the store and honestly I wish I spent it elsewhere.

My girlfriend and I went to Ulta to buy hair supplies. The store associate we talked to was actually a manager.her name is Dee. Dee helped us and really took her time with each product we had questions on. Thank you Dee for helping us. You gave us such special attention. We will come back again. Your service was exceptional. I had a great Experience at this Ulta! Carly has wonderful customer service. Very knowledgeable, honest opinions, I did not feel at all like she was just trying to sell me the most expensive product. All her suggestions were great and affordable! I would recommend these guys for sure !
