First, I am not an Ulta girly, I’m a Sephora girly. I only come to Ulta for ONE product. Once it runs out, that’s it.
Terrible customer service?♀️
You are non existent & ignored. Until they think they can get you to sign up for an Ulta credit card.
Sadly Shawn kept pushing, pushing,pushing & pushing for me to get a credit card. Of course because it will benefit her?
She continued & had no regard for holding up the line of other valuable customers.
She wouldn’t accept my payment the first 3 times. As she was STUCK on harassing me to get the Ulta credit card..
Learned my lesson. I’m never cheating on Sephora again. The customer service at Sephora is always 5 stars, no matter where you go.I will keep my buisness there AND sign up for their credit card instead.

Shay (fair skinned woman with head dressing) was helpful, polite and gave me some great fiber lash suggestions. Not used to that at ulta. Will be back

I have been a loyal Ulta customer for yrs but this last experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I was in there looking for two products I hadn't tried before,I was wandering around like a chicken with my head cut off, yet noone ever once asked if I needed help. I tried to ask a couple employees,but of course they said they were busy, and I guess because I had been up and down each aisle a couple times the security guard started following me. I felt absolutely horrible. Finally a young lady did let me get her attention and she helped me ,didn't catch her name though. And even as I was going through to the register the security guard was just checking me out. I really Love Ulta but I don't know if I'll come back to this one.

Worst experience ever I always shop here. But the cashiers need better training. Why I'm I getting 30 dollars in 1's. If there's no change say that you don't have any. Our cashier was Miayanna.

The cashier made me throw out a random used tissue on the counter that wasn’t mine? Disgusting considering the fact that I don’t even work there yet she does. Don’t make your customers throw out someone else’s used tissues.

Akira provided outstanding customer service to the deaf customers that come into the Ulta store. I have observed how attentive she is to all customers but mostly to the deaf customers. It is a joy to watch her interact with all customers!

The cashier Akira was very rude. When I asked how to apply my 10% discount to my purchase her response was “well if you read it says online or mobile order”. She then asked if I would like to do a mobile order to get the discount I said sure why not. In the process of trying to do my order the app was glitching, we decided to ask the cashier next to her to ring our things up and she proceeded to look at us and take the next customer. I felt that this store is very racist because Akira was very rude to my girlfriend and I (black and Asian) but was polite to the caucasian customers behind us. Very rude and horrible customer service. Never shopping here again

I came into Ulta looking for new makeup for a wedding and Akira helped me find incredible products that were such good deals! Super helpful, I always enjoy stopping by this Ulta when I’m in center city bc of the super helpful staff

I walked into this store and within 10 seconds without even touching nothing without even talking to someone I was asked to leave the store and I was yelled at by security when I didn’t even do anything I really felt disgusted and sad because I felt like because I am a bigger woman and I was sweaty I was told to leave I wasn’t on drugs I wasn’t sick I literally was just a bigger woman walking and trying to hold it all together …I have never been so embarrassed in my life and I definitely felt offended and I am calling corporate I hope no other lady has to experience this and I will make sure I say something to management at this store as well

Jazz was an amazing aid for finishing what I needed!!!!!! she helped me find a beautiful eyeshadow pallet, two amazing lip colors and gave me recommendations for finding more things!!!! she is amazing, and made my experience fantastic!!! absolutely coming back!
