CAUTION!!! These guys rip off military families! the loaded it all up and told us it weight 16,000 lbs. we are allowed 12,000 lbs for our move being cha for any additional weight. I have three beds a couch and some bins. 16000 lbs. This company is evil and they will end up ripping me off with no consequences.

Very pleased with the exception that our trailer was delayed at the PA transit station for several days. It was delivered the day after I called & let them know they were several days late on out delivery.

Great moving option - very efficient, responsible and responsive people. Their transport company ABF is great as well. Everything arrived even earlier than we expected. No problems, No breakages!Love them!

Because of work, I need to move on a three to a four-year cycle. This is the first time that I've tried such a service. My experience was excellent. I requested three cubes. Three cubes arrived. I only used two cubes and was only charged for two cubes. UPack said the cubes would come in 7 to 9 days. The cubes arrived in 7 days in great shape. Compared to conventional moving services, this is so much less stressful. The quality is excellent, and UPack is incredibly professional and friendly. My only concern dealt with items shifting during moving. To alleviate this concern, I packed the cube from top to bottom and used bungee cords and come-along straps to secure the items. Nothing was damaged or lost during the move. Great experience with UPack, and I highly recommend them.

This is my second review. Not sure why I've gotten a second request but just in case the first one was lost......My husband and I are in our 70's. we had very little help moving the contents of our home of 43 years. That is why we picked U-Pack and are we thrilled we did! Everyone was so helpful! Tim the driver who dropped and picked up the cubes was absolutely wonderful! He showed us why we needed to lock both doors. He helped us get an extra day or so when we were desperately in need of extra time and was just so great at his job! Likewise the folks at the Richmond street Terminal in Philly were wonderful!!! Finally the driver here in Arizona, our new home, I think his name is Diego, was also friendly, efficient and helpful! It was one part of our move that was flawless! Oh yes, we needed to put the cubes in storage and that went as we hoped it would! I'd give them 20 stars if I could!!!

I had a very good experience with UPack moving from STL to PHL. It's amazing how much you can cram into one relocube if you are intentional about planning - I used apple boxes from the grocery store, they stack really well and are sturdy. Keep an eye out on the quotes even after you book - use incognito mode on your browser and sometimes the price drops after your quote is locked in. You can call them and they will price adjust your locked in price if that happens.

Just moved from PA to SC using U-Pack and it was the best experience ever. I have absolutely no complaints. From the initial phone call to every driver, it was very smooth. They quoted me a price for 23' which is what we thought we would use but thanks to my husbands amazing packing we only used 19' and they only charged us for the 19' used. We had our trailer within 2-1/2 weeks with no issues. I would 100% use them again and recommend them to others.

Absolutely great experience. I was moving from Philadelphia to Charlotte and decided to use a relocube. Big mistake!! This thing is tiny. I don’t know what people are moving in this cube but my king size bed frame could not fit. I called and was able to swap the cube for the trailer. Not only did they swap it for the same price but it was delivered the same day. So for a 8 ft trailer I was charged the exact same price. They assisted me with obtaining a permit and the driver was very helpful. I recommend if you have even 1 room of items to just go with the trailer. You will be happy you did. I will definitely use again and recommend!!

My neighbors 2 doors down hired this company, who decided to cut the branches from at least 3 trees, non of which belong to the couple that hired them for the move. No knock on the door, no warning, just randomly looked out of my bedroom window to see their guys up in my magnolia tree cutting off branches. I'm fuming. Please consider using movers who won't destroy your neighbors landscaping for your move. Also, no response at all from the company when I complained.
