I was hustled by an employee about lies. He tried to make me think the truck was dirty because of me and I knew it wasn’t I took pictures of everything and I put the gas back he said I didn’t. He told me to leave $30 on the seat and he would stop charges I know I didn’t have. I feel like he saw me as a single mom struggling and used it on me. I need to talk to a manager asap.

Swapped our reservation the day prior with a larger truck that was not usable for our neighborhood. Refused to let us use the van they had and made us wait 45 minutes to get a refund.

This location charged an extra day for a truck that was returned the day BEFORE its return date. On the day I returned the truck, the person doing returns reassured me repeatedly that my receipt would be in my email in the morning. After a couple of calls to the location the following day, the receipt finally came. It was logged as being turned in just after my last call.Lesson learned. Always take the time to turn the equipment in yourself instead of listening to the employees. It will save you time and money.
