Great service everything was nice and clean the prices are really good for drop off and especially for things such as pillows blankets they even wrap them up in their own bags which is a nice touch highly recommend

I used to use a great service that never took advantage of me, but they no longer do pickup service. So I decided to try this place. I just got my laundry done from this place and I got ripped off. I was not told about additional cost for bags until I received a receipt. I called to ask about this and got no response. I texted and told them that was wrong and I would not do business with them again. I even had to call them to ask when they would deliver my laundry instead of them telling me. I was charged an additional 13 dollars for bags and I sent my bags to them where they are I have no clue. That is not cool at all and I will not be using their service again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Very dissatisfied.

This place is the best in the city, the employees are really caring and will help you out if you are in a time line crunch for something to get altered fast. I have been coming here since 2011.

Seamstress Anna and her entire team are AMAZING very kind people!! It felt like going to a friend and the quality of service and fit was perfect. Totally exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would recommend!

Anna is amazing ! I needed a rush alteration job and she got it done in literally a few hours. I dropped it off at 5:45pm and she called me at 9:30am the very next morning telling me she was done. And not only did she do me a huge favor by having it done extremely fast, but she also steamed it for me. This place will take care of you!

If you invest in your clothing and want to others to care as much as you do, take all of your items here. I have been a customer here for years and recommend their services to everyone I know. From insane stains to seemingly impossible tailoring, they are all seasoned and share their knowledge with others. Anna always does fantastic work and I trust her and her partners completely!

My wedding dress was waaaay too big in the chest area. They took it in at the nick of time! This was not the first time they pulled through for me. I had a summer dress that I needed cut and the results were marvelous. Thank you!

TAILOR LIFE SAVER!!! So I was in Philly out of town for a wedding and my pants RIPPED getting into the Uber to the venue. Mind it’s 4:55pm Sunday Labor Day weekend. Through the fabric too, not on the seam, so it was a tough fix. She took me in 5 MINUTES before closing and patched me up. I don’t know what I would’ve done with out her. Thank you!!!

I went here to get my Canada Goose jacket dry cleaned and mended. They did a very good job closing the seam. When I got my jacket back, I barely noticed where there was a slight tear in the seam. In other words, they did a very good job. My jacket also got dry cleaned. Strangely, it was slightly cheaper than out in suburbs where I lived.I would come back again when I need my jacket dry cleaned.

My girlfriend brought a two piece graduation outfit here that was too big, and they made it perfect for her?? the customer service is great also, she needed the clothes back ASAP and they were done so quick.

It's a quiet spot. I can do my laundry in peace and not bump baskets. Most of their machines work, which is great. A few dryers are out of commission but it's still a great spot.

I went to them to get my daughters prom dress altered and she did an AMAZING job!! We are very pleased and the dress fits perfectly! I would recommend them for all of your dry cleaning needs. I will definitely be using their services again. Pleased customer for sure ? and might I add that she performed a miracle in 4-5 days and it was super affordable!

Forgot my clothes here and they folded them and had them waiting for me the next day! Best laundromat in Philly hands down.
