For first time visitors, note that there is not really any parking. Just find somewhere along the street or free curb. The office door is all the way to the left.”

The guys are super friendly and professional, the office is clean, and they were able to get me an appointment within a couple days (which they were ready for!) and got my car fixed in a couple of hours. I got my oil changed at a separate Philly garage and they diagnosed my car with a ton of issues and gave me a super high quote for them — they were quite pushy for me to get the services done then and there, despite the high cost being out of my budget then. It left me with a bad feeling so I went to Phil’s for a second look. He easily could’ve sold me on the same scam diagnosis, but instead thoroughly and thoughtfully checked out my car and pointed to where the first estimate was off. I appreciated his honesty and transparency — he took photos of everything as my car was serviced and even helped walk me through a few parts once it was complete. I will definitely be back!”
“My fiance Victoria and I just bought a used 2015 Hyundai Elantra. Not even 2 months later the torque converter went and destroyed a few other main components of the transmission. We were referred to This shop by my uncle that owns his own automotive shop and said that Vince's is the only place he trusts sending his customers transmissions. We took his advice and called Vince's and they said to bring the car in Monday morning. We got the car towed to the shop and I wanna say that Lance from Vince's (the office guy) literally kept us updated the entire time the car was being worked on. He probably called us about every other day just to keep us in the loop. Which I thought was awesome. I have bad anxiety so that definitely helped. We just picked the car up today and it feels brand new. So I just wanna say thank you for the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and GREAT WORK. THANKS EVERYONE AT VINCE'S THAT BUSTS THEIR you know , for making sure everyone stays on the road!!!!!!! 5 stars all day!!!!”

“Well worth the trip! After seeing reviews I drove 3 hours from Upstate NY to drop off my Vanagon with Kevin and Brian (the train station within a block of shop makes this ideal). At drop off Kevin didn’t just take the keys and shoo me out. He took the time to discuss everything I wanted done. Brian sent pics, texts, and called daily to update me on how progress was going. At pick up Brian thoroughly went through everything. They know VWs. These guys care, something you don’t always get these days. Pete came through with a free consult and evaluation of my vehicle and offered me different options to fix what was the most important/affordable at the time. This local neighborhood mechanic is honest and BS free. He'd straight up tell you anything you need to know without any fillers. You can try to go somewhere else, but don't bother. He's been in the business longer than most of your children, and you'll just be coming back cause other mechanics will just give you the run around for your time/money.
