These people treated a young girl trying to get her car in the freezing cold with complete and utter disrespect. They would not communicate how and when we could get the car. Then the tow truck driver yelled at and cursed at us. We had to call the Philadelphia Police Department in order to have the car released. Disgusting company.

I have Lew Blum towing sign for several years. I have issues with neighbors parking on my private property. Last weekend was the final straw. Police place ticket on car. I call towing company no one answer. I left message no one ever return my phone call. I had to go to work went through the proper process. Could not get out my garage to go to work because neighbor park behind my home. I call ask how do they do business because no one ever returned my phone call. Ridiculous his comment with your attitude take the sign down. Unprofessional company who definitely don't know what customer service is all about.

My sons car was towed Friday night by Blum Lew Towing. When he went to pay and pick up the car up on Saturday, he was rudely greeted by the worker behind the counter. The worker asked for his keys and ID along with $260 cash- though he had already told him the total cost was $205. My son reminded him of his original statement and he agreed and said he was wrong. He paid and the worker took the keys and ID to the back, and after about 25 minutes he came back and told me son
