I ordered from them internationally and there was an issue with the item, they communicated with me throughout the replacement process and went above and beyond in order to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend this shop to others!

Went in to the store not really knowing what I wanted, but an employee named Shu gave me a ton of personal recommendations and they ALL hit. Been to this store a dozen times, and everyone there is generally super chill, but my guy Shu was definitely the friendliest person I’ve met there so far. 10/10 experience
