Didn't go to this exact location but horrible experience! The people working in the store are very nice and helpful however getting my things delivered is a pain in the butt. They delivered my daughter's bedroom set but had the wrong size rails for the bed so i had to wait a few extra days for them to come back and put her bed together. My bedroom set was set for a wednesday delivery. I made sure to be home that day just for them to call the day before and say they do not hav

I ordered a boxspring. It took them over a week to bring it to me. This is by far the worst delivery experience I ever have and I love giving great reviews. I always call multiple times the day of and the day before deliveries to confirm it will be there in time . And it was not. And the people are so rude and unsympathetic as far as the operators. I got nothing for the inconvenience and I am highly dissapointed.

I ordered 2 bedroom sets and my delivery guys were great but and professiinal I also requested set up and my sales woman Miriam said delivery and set up was included but she failed to write that on my receipt, the guys were going to do my set up for free...so I went to ATM to pay them, I appreciate these guys bcuz they could have left my sets in my living room, the delivery guys name was O...all three of them and the owner gets 5 stars but today's furniture you get no stars...

I waited three extra days for my delivery they didn't call or nothing had to go to the store they said it would be delivered Monday nothing no call nothing i had to go back to the store owner said delivery in 10 minutes another lie didn't come for another 2 hours then owner said I want to make you happy did not do anything when they delivery the sofa the light has a short in it call they said they were sending someone out between 5 and 6 no one never came again unprofessional no phone call nothing do not shop at these stores very disappointed and they do not do anything after they get your money also they never explain the 40 deal don't do it you pay double and it's like paying for a car note for a year
