At this point, something needs to be said. I’ve been obsessed with Tiffany for a long time. Long, long time customer & have several pieces of jewelry from this perfect all-American brand. I’ve been to several locations: NYC, Paris, DC, CT, Dubai, Miami…and always received perfect service—except for here in Philadelphia. Philadelphia needs to do a overhaul of customer service training at this point. There is an air of haughtiness or perhaps undertones of racism, or complete lack of proper customer service training at this location. I can’t pinpoint it, but something needs to be done. The haughtiness I cannot understand—you work there, I’m coming there to spend thousands.Firstly, the most egregious was when I was shopping for a ring upgrade & THEY misplaced my ring and had the audacity to ask me to search my bag and even reached to check my bag, which I had to request to stop the employee from doing. Strange, poor behavior.Secondly, just this Friday I went to go pickup my repairs and when I mentioned this…rather than asking me to sit, offering me some water (which has been customary at other locations) they immediately asked to see my ID. I was the one who asked to sit, I had to ask for water. They brought out the wrong order and had an air about them as if perhaps I was making it up…. Additionally and Oddly, the woman with whom the previous missing ring fiasco happened, acted as if she didn’t see me or did not know me—this is rather strange you see because the store was empty and South Asians, being a minority, I’m sure she hasn’t interacted with too many of us. I received more welcoming, eloquent and graceful service in Paris & the French aren’t exactly know for their positive attitude. I held my tongue after the whole “almost lost my ring fiasco,” but at this juncture a complete overhaul of customer service training needs to be done. And I’d like to acknowledged for these experiences that starkly standout from other locations.

Weird service. Alexandra who recently left was classy and perfect fit. Even though I walked away with a purchase. The employee made me feel weird. I won’t be coming back to this location.

The true Tiffany diamond is in its customer service! It was my first time entering the Walnut St., Tiffany store, and I was overwhelmed by the beautiful presentation, as well as great reception of Blair. From attentiveness to sincerity, I felt happy and welcomed. Blair is truly a great diamond to the Tiffany collection - making the other pieces just shine a little brighter! The manager was also incredibly sweet! I will certainly be coming back.

My favorite local location. Went to check in to find ideas for my next purchase. My sales associate ( helped me twice now) Alexandra was friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Given it luxury status I'm glad to have her to inform and guide me on building my collection.I felt no pressure to buy on the spot. As someone whose on the younger side it's refreshing to have not feel judged based on looks alone and to be treated in high regards.

Super welcoming and attended my needs right away when I got into the store. The man who helped me was very kind and had huge smile on his face. The customer service here is superb, and all of the employees care for their customers. I will definitely come back and recommend this Tiffany to everyone else.

It's Tiffany & Company and the last time I checked they were a for profit enterprise, so... if you go in looking like a roadie for Krokus or Bachman Turner Overdrive prepare to be sniffed at, tut-tutted and generally ignored. If that offends, well, be offended and search for something appropriate to wear beyond your hamper. Honestly, you don't have to go in looking like Mr. French but do yourself a favor and don't go in looking like Mr. Goodwrench.Regrettably, I don't have the kind of bread that would put me in their VIP super-strata but I've never had a problem with service even when purchasing the odd pen, bracelet or key ring when the iconic Tiffany Blue box needs to say something.Tiffany. It is what it is. Act accordingly. Four solid stars.

Since LVMH acquired it, Tiffany & co has gone downhill in its customer services. The brand name in vain. I should have gone with Cartier or Van Cleef for our wedding bands, which will be lifelong.

Last night we went into Tiffany on Walnut. We will never return. The salesman couldn't have been ruder. He acted as though we were beneath him and seemed annoyed to have to do his job.

25k ready to spend on engagement ring could not have been more disappointed with customer service we receive. store empty every sales person standing around and the one tool who "helped" us could have cared less. coild not have been more put off by him. White, short hair, middle aged and greying. should be embarrassed. Would sooner buy out of gum ball machine for ring then spend a penny at Philly Walnut St location. Ps. Previous customer at KOP location. Will never see our business again.
