Don't take your car. We went to the Christmas Village and found this valley parking. When they returned my car, my driver side mirror was damaged and on top of that I was charged $10 extra because of the size of my vehicle.

Beautiful rooms, great views, spotless, comfortable and convenient location with parking available. Walked to the Christmas village(which was lovely). I would definitely stay here again. Very good security and updated tech. Thank you..

Nice enough in a good area central to everything. The room has full kitchen with freezer and refrigerator.Attention to detail, the air conditioning heating unit full of dust easy to clean but never attended to by cleaning staff.Parking out right brutal cheaper parking using spot hero is recommended.

A suprising gem for a last minute stay in Philadelphia on a holiday road trip. The service was courteous and friendly, the room was impeccably clean, and the accomodations overall were above and beyond what we expected for the price. Parking was $45 a night, but the room was so affordable at $120 a night it made it very manageable. We ended up in 1 bedroom suite that was so roomy and well appointed that our young child asked if we could move in. We had everything we needed and were within walking distance of some good eats and points of interest. With a balcony and a nice view, what more could you ask for? We will definitely be coming back.

Was a great stay for a conference. Room was very large and had a full kitchen with Fullsize fridge which was very convenient when staying for a longer stay. Full size closets were nice to keep the room organized and put away. Plenty of fun restaurants attached as well that were great for food as well. Best part was still the friendly, helpful staff which helped make it such an awesome stay.Rooms: The rooms were very large with a large closet, fully stocked kitchen with stove and full size fridge. Balcony rooms had a great view over the city.Nearby activities: Great location close to the city but also with awesome bars and restaurants attached to the hotel if you dont want to travel too far out for the night.Safety: Very safe with keycard access and great security staff.Walkability: Less than half a mile to convention center and city. Very walkable.Food & drinks: Restaurants downstairs had great food and very fun!

This hotel is a 2 star at best. The pics on the website only represent their sky level suites, not all available rooms at the hotel. Upon arrival I checked into a cobweb ridden room, that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The appliances were disgusting, furniture was dirty and paint was peeling from the walls. The staff was pleasant but didn’t make accommodations when I asked why my room was so different than what was displayed on the website.Even the luggage cart I used was filthy. My homeowners insurance had booked me here because of an issue at my house and thankfully rebooked me elsewhere after I discovered what is really happening at the Windsor.

Let me just say that it takes a lot for me to write a review, the parking attendants are a joke unfortunately. They will park your car but there's a good chance you'll find a ding on your car that wasn't there before, they will fly through the parking garage with your car going to park and retrieve it. I understand wanting to keep up with customers and not have them wait but there is no excuse or reason to damage or be speeding in any situation in someone's car! Initially we parked the car on arrival and were greeted quickly, but the second time we came back to park the lot attendant was nowhere to be found, people were waiting to park and get their cars. Lot attendant couldn't find cars and took 30 minutes to show when he did. at 1am we had to wait for the attendant to park us! Beyond the parking mess, the lobby was dirty, and our room wasn't even ready on arrival. Once I finally got checked in there were further charges, I wasn't made aware of, a security deposit (which I understand but need informed of) and a parking charge of $45 which I wasn't told about till check out. I was told my parking was validated but nothing of a charge to park. It would've been cheaper to park overnight and pay the $18 then to say we were parking a car with our reservation. Poor communication, the staff might have been nice at the desk, but it wasn't worth the hassle. Our room was clean...but smelled like bleach, not the worst thing but annoying. The shower was nice, the handles to turn it on were broke, but worked. We had 2 towels in our room and 2 bath robes and yet we had 4 people listed on the reservation, not a huge deal but again.... not worth the hassles when you're paying good money for a room. The biggest complaint it the lack of temperature control in the rooms. there is NO control over the temperature, the most you can do it turn the fan off/on which is joke since it barely works anyway. When I asked the front desk about the AC not working before, we left to explore the city, we were told the building was all controlled together and it was set to heat for all rooms, and we could only turn the fan for that room off. They offered us a tower fan to help...we had 4 people in a room at 1am that was 80 degrees, the tower fan they sent did nothing. The room was at 80 degrees...we turned the heat off and left for 8+ hours to explore the city and when we came back at 1am it was still 80.... One last thing, if you choose to stay here, don't leave valuable or money that can't be tracked in your room. We had $100 go missing and unfortunately can't prove it, so nothing can be done...could've told management but unfortunately, it's a he said/ she said situation, so lesson learned...bring a camera to watch your room or just don't trust anyone...kind of sad since we had planned on visiting the city again and would've liked to trust this hotel given its location.

We just moved into our new apartment last Friday. The apartment building/hotel is now very well organized and clean under the new management, and the doormen and maintenance engineers have always been extremely helpful, professional, and accommodating. Many thanks to Burnell Goldman and Kurt Rushin for supporting us during our move.

We loved our stay in our one bedroom suite. The location was great and walkable if you want to do the PMA and the Barnes foundation. It was convenient to restaurants and bars but not noisy. It was nice to have a big living room. The service at the desk was very nice and very helpful. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Philly.

This seemed like a really amazing hotel, despite being a little older. Great location, within a 5-15 walk to most major sites. Well maintained, updated features, great security measures. Full suites, with a eat in counter and kitchen, long table tops to open luggage, or even put refreshments if there is a small gathering. The staff was professional and friendly. Everything went pretty well until the people down the hall decided to fill the air with old grease smoke at 11 PM! I think they were frying foods for a lot of people because apparently the it had been happening for hours. The front desk could even smell it..... from the 9th floor! I know that part of this building is residences. But this was something else, lol. When it's warm out, get to the pool early. It gets crowded fast.

Upon arrival at The Windsor, I was quickly greeted with a smile as the front desk associate began to help me check-in. I’m big on customer service so I was happy about that. While checking in, the deposit information was thoroughly explained to me again to make sure I was aware of the additional hold on the credit card. It’s the attention to the small details that I like because there’s no surprises and the whole process took about 5 minutes. Once I made it to my room I received a text message asking if I liked the service/room so far and I love that because it allows for the guest to address any concerns without having to immediately go back to the lobby. The room was very nice and clean and I loved the layout. I stayed in room 1412 with a king sized bed, a balcony view of the parkway and a separate living room. During my stay I wasn’t able to experience the pool but I hear it’s nice as well. Overall The Windsor is a great place to stay. Highly recommended!Walkability: Easily can walk to downtown attractions and the art museum

It's definitely one of the nicest surprises! This was a great find on Expedia. The room was great, spacious, and great shower. We had a very nice view (24th floor). The rooftop heated pool was awesome, with great views of the city. We also had access to rooftop lounge and breakfast with our room. Within walking distance to all great sites, I would definitely recommend staying here when staying in Philly.Nearby activities: Walkable area close to many sites.

The rooms are not clean bad service, I felt offended by the staff because he was so rude to all of us during the check in. We stayed only for 2 days please don't book this hotel I would prefer to stay at Logan or any other places as they are more cheaper and much clean. Rooms are old and rusty, TV doesn't work and air conditioner needs update since it's old and not affective. Room is 76 temp during the peak summer heat.Rooms: Highly unclean and outdated rooms. Poor customer service

The rooms are dated and we ran into an issue with the air conditioning in our room. However, the hotel is in a great location and our experience improved upon meeting Andre. He was very helpful at the pool and displayed excellent customer service! Thank you!Mike and Ali Unger

This place is truly a pig with lipstick on it. Don't be fooled by the nice lobby and great downtown location it's infested with rodents. The front Dess didn't seem that shocked and surprised when I told him about the critters in my room stay away.
