As far as parking they have a parking lot and 85-90% don't use it because your charged extra on top of your apartment and will be towed away and thats without a ticket like anywhere else in the city. Now they don't park across the parking lots driveway but across the street they park across the alley way of their Neighbors and at times complete blocking the pathway . It's bad enough that it inconvenient but also poses a REAL Danger if there is a fire or medical emergency. And unfortunately if you call 911 because you half to you can't call your local district station90 % of the time they just don't show up and the other they don't right tickets so they can be TOWED AWAY. And there are 72 apartments which bell do you ring?

I had a tour scheduled and when i realized i would be arriving late, i called the office and let them know. Mikki, Nikki(what ever her name was) stated the leasing agent left at 12pm. I let her know that was a lie because i sat there from 11:30- 1pm waiting for her. She then proceeds to say well what do you want me to do? Do you want to reschedule or not. No apology whatsoever and brushed off my concerns about the fact that i sat there waiting for the leasing agent in the lobby and she never showed up. I ran into a guy that was supposed to be moving in at 12 and he couldn’t even get in contact with anyone. I asked if i could speak to her manager and she said no I’m going to hang up because i have things to do and this is getting no where. The customer service and reliability is concerning.

I've lived here for 1.5 years now and have had several packages stolen. Management does nothing about it, there is little to no security to protect them, and it is tiresome to deal with. Management also never calls me back when I report these incidents. I've been asking for months for them to build a package room - annoying.

The View has been great so far! The management has been so helpful and the place is super clean. Reasonable price and parking is not bad considering it is the city.

I love living here. I been with M&M management for over 7plus years. They are Amazing. If you communicate with them they will work with you and provide any type of assistance you may need. The amenities such as the The rooftop is amazing , the dog park and not to mention the gym are all amazing. The neighborhood is top notch and I love the park that’s up the street from the building. I would definitely 100% recommend.

I lived at the View for nearly two years and it is a fantastic apartment building. The management and staff are top notch and super responsive. The building is very dog friendly, quiet, well taken care of, and safe. My favorite part was the green roof with views of the Philly skyline. I highly recommend an apartment here.

This apartment was literally the poorest apartment I have ever lived in terms of quality compared to that of other new apartment complexes. We moved into a supposedly brand new unit that has never had a tenant lived in before in 2020. Upon moving in, the laundry sliding door rack was already broken, the fridge door had dents, several wood objects had small cracks. After a few months, the metal that holds carpet down to the bedroom became loose, toilet handle broke, and a few other small things. Our fridge has really loud vibration. The first maintenance guy said he attempted to fix but if the vibration continues then he would exchange a part but when we inquired for the second time, they refused to do anything about the noise. Maintenance team was also slow. An inquiry would take 3 days or more. Management team is greedy. Do not expect to see your deposit when you move out. You better hire a cleaning service to remove any dirt, dust or oil. “Normal wear and tear” does not have the same meaning here. I’ve never had deposit being held after move out after living in multiple apartments across several different states except here. Manager will not discuss reason to why deposit is held, she simply ignores your call or hangs up after picking up. Parking is a nightmare. Unless you want to fight for 8 spots and pay $150 a month for parking, you will have to walk 1-2 blocks carrying all of your groceries and heavy boxes. Do not recommend living here at all!

I lived in The View at Manayunk for a year, and had to move out because my work location changes. This apartment is the best I had ever lived in. It is located in the safest neighborhood of Philly. The units are very modern: HVAC, disposals, in-unit laundry etc. The maintenance team responds very fast. I will miss this apartment and hopefully I can find another place like here in the city I will be working in!

The View at Manayunk was an amazing apartment complex to live at! Management/staff was amazing and easy to work with, which definitely made my experience here even better. The amenities (gym, 4th floor and rooftop patio) are great as well. I always felt safe here as well which is a huge plus. Street parking was never an issue for me during my time here either. I would definitely recommend moving here to anyone who is looking for a new place to live! I was overall very pleased with my one bedroom apartment, the location of the building, and its proximity to Ridge Ave/Main Street/Center City. All around a 10/10 choice!

I have moved in this place for a week. I really enjoy the modern amenities of this apartment. The staff here is extremely helpful. I have never had problem finding a street parking spot within a 3 minute walking distance yet.

My lease has ended this month and I have had the pleasure to have Nancy as a landlord who always went above and beyond for me. If there was something not working or broken she consistently followed up and was on top of it in a timely manner. Nancy reached out at the end of my lease agreement and thank me for leasing with M&M at the view. When I first moved in she gave me a gift bag full of goodies and a gift card. She was so nice to my dog and was so caring for her tenants. Nancy made this a good experience for me here at The view. Unfortunately I had moved out of state however would recommend this place to live. There are no rodents & No Mice!!!! That was major because I’d die if I saw a mouse lol they have someone consistently cleaning the lobby and hallways and it always smells sooo good.

I watched the construction of this building and the final result is beautiful. I think its a great addition to the area and its within walking distance of Main Street and other popular restaurants and shops. Very close to public transportation and the views from the apartments are amazing!

I recently moved in to the view at manayunk.The building is beautiful. You can tell a lot of detail and planning went into the design. All of the neighbors are friendly in the building and outside.The view from the roof top deck is amazing. I looked at a lot of apartments in the area but this one blew them away. So glad I moved in here. The management company and staff were very accommodating.
