I can’t say enough good things about this UPS location. Every single person working there from the 3 young men, the young lady and the older guy whom I assume is the manager. They are always smiling , always ready to listen and help with any problem that they can! It’s honestly a surprise coming into ups and leaving happy after running errands. I have dropped off so many packages and never had a single mishap. I had to write this review as I been going to them for over a year, same people working (so you know they being treated well hopefully cause I really love the workers currently there)! And seeing familiar faces when I’m dropping off important packages puts me so at ease

Excellent customer service and product - I got various signs printed for my wedding there on cardstock 8.5x11 and 11x17. There were some snafus with the printer but Samir, Rob, and Q went above and beyond to make sure everything worked and came out how it was supposed to. Thank you!!

Rob is the man! My cousin did something amazing a couple years ago for my mom (different sides of the family). I've a painting I wanted to send him for the last 2 years but, well ... it's expensive. Because it's very big.I thought I finally had enough to send it buuuut apparently it was heavier than I realized. I was pretty embarrassed and felt awkward but seriously, he was so patient and nice I quickly forgot how dumb I felt. In addition he delved deep to find me the absolute best price. The painting won't go out for several days but I really don't care about a few extra days, he saved me good deal. It was still about 100 more than I budgeted but not Rob's fault ... not even UPS's fault (still beat all the other options prices). I shoulda weighed my package better.Anywhoozle, super appreciative to this UPS store for being better than the others I've been to around the city. And especially appreciative to Rob!!!

Great customer service from the employees and the owner, who personally reached out to me to resolve confusion about the cost of notary services. Very professional and accommodating. The owner is committed to improving the store: he says he will make appropriate changes to notify customers of the $15 convenience fee PRIOR to services (rather than being surprised at checkout). Definitely turned me into a repeat customer for future UPS needs.

Guys waivers the fee for my Amazon return package which make no sense why Amazon would charge me extra for returning when it says free. Little things make my day. Thanks for opening and not closing earlier Friday like many places. Keep up with the good work.

I’ve used this location numerous times and I can tell you that the customer service here is exceptional. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and patient.Most UPS retail locations are franchised, so whoever is doing the hiring and training here has experience in customer service and it shows.Q was the gentleman who helped me today and on previous visits. He always makes shipping packages a little less stressful. Thank you!

Seriously, the best UPS Store we’ve been to. We ship at a few of them in the city. This is our first time visiting this location and WOW. The staff is good! I wish I could rate 10 stars. Made my day.
