Only open to the conference people, not to public. Short operation hours and busy whenever there's a break from the meeting. The staff was nice, but everything charges extra. Hidden cost everywhere, and $16 for packaging and drop off a 12x9x9 box if you have a label generated but not printed.

DO NOT COME TO THIS UPS STORE
This is probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I failed to read the reviews before coming here, and it was a big mistake. I showed up during peak opening hours but the door was locked. They had some difficult-to-understand sign up saying to “leave packages with security” but that we also “couldn’t ship packages without scanning them inside.”There was a female employee clearly sitting at the desk but she completely ignored me when I stood at the door and knocked. She treated me like I was less valuable than her, and I would go as far to say that she was racially discriminatory towards me. I cannot believe UPS continues to operate a store that’s so unreliable and run by disrespectful employees.

Rude and racist owners. Had the worst experience in any of the UPS stores. The owner threatened to assault me for a minor disagreement.

Hours posted on Google said that they opened at 6am during my conference. Google said it updated hours with the business in the last week. I showed up at 7am to print some copies for an early-morning presentation and the store was not open. No hours were posted anywhere to be seen. If you're attending a conference, do not depend on them to be open consistently or for the hours listed on Google to be accurate.

Never go here..walked all the way but the rude security guard would not let me handle my business stating because of an event i could not go to the store eventhhough it's openJust make it a store for the convention center and not the public. This website needs to be removed.

This location is inside the convention center and may not be open to the public when there is not an event. Ignored by the owner/operator for 10 minutes in a sweltering space. Then I tried to drop off an Amazon return and they refused to take it unless I bought a box. Poor business practices and service here.
