My visit to PPH was exceptionally pleasant today. Staff is always friendly and helpful in finding my location. I notice the kindness the staff shows to the residents. I always look forward to my visits at PPH.

This place is great ,we thought our father was going to hate it ,trick us love it ,woke up n morning, ate meals talk great on the phone and meant a lot of people, this will b the place for him next time the staff was great ,and they have a whole lot places ,& things to do here ,top of the line 4 a 90yr old ? every one had a great attitude.

My loved one appears to be very comfortable She’s even tolerating the food. Our impression is that it’s very cleans d there is no smell of urine as with some similar institutions. It has put our minds at ease with her being there. Thank you. Staff ?

Several years ago, my mother required care and therapy and we were so grateful for the outstanding care if PPH. When our aunt also needed assistance recently, we knew who to calll. Staff has been fantastic! So caring! We are so grateful to have such an outstanding place so close by!!!

Thank you to all the exceptional, compassionate, friendly, & professional staff (now family) @ The Philadelphia Protestant Home In Philadelphia! I was the one worried and anxious about the transition from Rehab to to a Residential Care facility for our Independence 92 years young Cousin’s!
Well He is very happy, loves the care, the space and raves about the meals! So he’s very Happy and that makes us happy and with less worry!!!
He has actually made a friend (rarely does he extend himself) in this brief period of time! He makes his way to the dinning room daily which has been a major surprise for us!
The communication and guidance from PPH staff has been great! And I haven’t felt confused or suspicious!!!
From our brief experience I do feel PPH was a very good choice. We are grateful for the opportunity to have them care for our cousin!
