Without a doubt, the best pet shop in the city. The people who work there are always kind, respectful, and clearly love the animals they care for. Sam performed miracles on my foster dog and helped him get adopted. People commented on his haircut for a few weeks afterwards!

Maggie is a phenomenal groomer!! I cannot recommend her enough - she’s been grooming my dog for 3 years! He hates bath time / getting wet, but she’s amazing with him! I think she has the patience of a saint. She’s excellent at realizing when he needs a full cut and when he needs a “face and fanny” which is excellent because I don’t want him cut down too much. My dog is always perfectly groomed and fluffy! The entire staff at Pet Snobs clearly loves animals. They are so welcoming when I come in with my dog, and always welcome him with a treat. I’m so happy we go to Pet Snobs - I couldn’t be happier with the way they treat my dog and how amazing they are at grooming!

I feel safe leaving my dog with them. Full service, nice people. They lie to me and tell me that my Corgi was well behaved!

I made an appointment with this place, confirmed it and received a confirmation text with the date and time to bring in my pet for a bath, trim and nail cut.To do this, I moved around work, got a zip car and sedated my cat, since she does not do well at the groomer.When I arrived, they mistakingly put the wrong date in (even though we confirmed in advance) and would not do anything to help. In fact, other than blame me, there was absolutely no consideration for my time and their mistake. The only solution was to leave and rebook, or go somewhere else.I understand that mistakes are made. But the attitude and utter lack of respect for their customers is appalling. I have a high threshold for unwelcome customer service, but this was unacceptable. My entire day was based around an in-writing confirmed appointment and now I have to take off from work again and find a new place. I recommend you find some place else for your pet too.

This pet boutique is worth every penny. Our two Yorkies love it there. We no longer need to worry about our senior dog getting groomed and our terrified of water little one. He gets so excited when we walk in and he sees his groomer Sierra. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, you can tell they really care about your pets. I highly recommend The Pet Snobs Boutique.

Kristine and her team are the best in the city! They’ve always welcomed my pup, Miya and I whenever we come in and they treat Miya so gently and kindly. The shop is clean, always well stocked with great options for all four legged friends and the walk-in options are a huge plus! :) grateful to have Kristine & her crew in the neighborhood.

We’ve always been with Pet Snobs ever since Skylar was a puppy. First few times, Skylar was not really a fan of getting a bath & groom. There was one time, they were not able to do everything, another instance he had a stress diarrhea during the bath. But, the staff did not give up on him. I was afraid that everytime I schedule a bath/grooming with them, they will not be able to take him anymore- to my surprise, they are always welcoming and gives him a chance. Last week, we gave it a try again and WOW!! We were so impressed, my husband was so happy to see skylar, all groomed and everything that we requested was done. If it’s not for their patience we would not see Skylar all clean and groomed. We will for sure come back, and hopefully Skylar will get used to it. Excellent job! Thank you!!
