Wasting Philadelphia tax payers money, i.e. myself and all in the Philadelphia County region. Better aid/assistance before Covid, this maybe a possible reason for dimimissivness. And /or a blanket to cover other city expenses for this NPF.

TMF does an incredible job supporting local businesses. I would strongly recommend a business who needs help with an emergency for funds to support its growth to reach out and learn more.
