5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!! Wanted to purchase a new mattress and bed frame for my new apartment and decided to come here from recommendations when I say the manger at the store was so kind and friendly welcomed me right at the door.I didn't want anything to expensive and herd best time to buy a mattress was in may and I wanted to stay under 350$ for everything but wanted quality as well . I got all of that for under my budget+ delivery. The delivery team was great and they set everything up highly recommend this store if looking for a new bed set

Ok prices. Good costumer service in store. I gave 4 stars due to the fact of delivery which is obviously very important. They gave the option of picking your window time for delivery. I selected 2-4pm. I took off work early to be home to receive my mattress. Waited pass 4pm and no mattress. I finally received a call saying the truck is at the store picking up my mattress which is maybe 10 minutes away from my house. I still waited another 30-40 mins before my mattress arrived. My mattress is very nice and comfortable but beware of delivery.

I almost didn't write this review because it was taught to me that if you don't have anything nice to say; say nothing. However, it has been bothering me. I look to reviews to make decisions about purchasing many times and rely on the information. This is why I will give my honest review and opinion about this business. I purchased a mattress about 6-8 months ago. The mattress was approximately $600 dollars and I was treating myself to a new up to date mattress. About three months into lying on it, the mattress began to sink in the middle. I went and purchased another bed frame because It occurred to me that this may be contributing to the problem. This didn't work, it still has the dent. I have tried moving to the other side of the mattress, guess what; now this side is denting. When I talked about this with my mother, surprisingly, she too had purchased a mattress from them that she is dissatisfied with. I also wake up with back problems on many occasions that I think the mattress is contributing to. My opinion is to not go too fast when deciding on a mattress. Do your research and do not always go for the cheapest route because in some things cheaper will not be worth it.

I ordered 2 Full size mattresses and 2 twins. Got all 4 For a very great price. The best part is that these beds are brand new and comfortable. Also, they were delivered the very next day! I would recommend The Mattress man over mainstream storesM!!!

Sales associate by the name of Kane gave me the best deal ever on a queen size bed. He easily beat the price that I was quoted at sleepy's by $60 for the same mattress. I recommend stopping here first if ur in the market to by a bed. You will save alot of time & money if u do.

The mattress man is a hidden gem. Forget all those huge stores this semi small store is awesome. Just go in telling what your looking for and he can deliver it when you want it. Awesome customer service and friendly demeanor. Also he sells furniture too.
