When we walked in the store we were under the impression that it was just like buying a used car, and the hassles that come with it. Which, ultimately, they didn’t experience Bernie. A salesmen yes, but I believe this was Bernies calling. He was smoother than ice, built to sell these Rolls-Royce of comforts. A-Slim man, six feet, with a Hugh knowledge of mattresses circulating under his mask. Moreover, he broke us down like first grade, and riding a bike for the first time! Yes we went in thinking, we have a bed in thought and no one can change our minds. LOL, that wasn't the story. After an education in beds 101, we got a super bed that came with a great price. Furthermore, I wish all salesmen acted like Bernie. Totally awesome experience…..5 stars Bernie.

Bought my mattress in December but I wanted to give it time before I rated everything. I was specific on what I was looking for when I went in there. Bernie was friendly and helpful from the get-go. I told him my budget and what I was looking for and he got right to work. He wasn't your typical sleazy salesman, he was honest and seemed sincere. We found a mattress and with tax and delivery we were still under budget! The whole experience was great, from Bernie in the store to the delivery guys who came out the next day and set up my mattress and took my old one. So far everything with my mattress has been wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone. In fact I recommended them to my sister and she just bought a mattress from them as well!

Brad was a big help on getting us set up with a bed and frame today. He showed us different styles. Many beds and frames to choose from and he didn't try to drown us in debt! Will update once I receive bed and test it out!

I would like to share my positive experience with The Mattress Factory, as I recently gave them a 5-star review. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, and their prices were excellent. Over the past two years, I have purchased four mattresses from them and have been completely satisfied with each one. I would recommend The Mattress Factory to anyone looking for quality mattresses at reasonable prices.

Dwight was very helpful. He showed me several different models and explained the differences between them and a cut away sample of what the coils look like inside. No pressure, let me take my time. A very good experience.

Had a great experience at the mattress factory. I felt like I was given wonderful customer service, and was guided on how to think about which mattress would be best for my sleeping pattern. it was easy to get to, and it was quick!
