I like this please my sister took me to wash my clothes here the first time I ever used this laundromat about a week ago everything worked fine one of the washing machines that I was using got stuck in the lady had to fix it but only took a couple seconds but her attitude stink cuz when I told her that it was stuck she tried to make it seem like it was my fault even though she helped and got it to work she still had a snarky attitude but you can see from where she's working in the neighborhood that she said that she's going to have an attitude because she deals with a lot of probably crazy people all day long it's in the heart of North Philadelphia Allegheny avenue what if you're looking for a quick fix washing your clothes this is the nice place to go some of the machines are a little messed up but got it done got it out and got in and got in and got out fast so you need the next time you go tell him to snap sent you have a blessed day and God bless you all

The Fabric Health people are awesome. They helped me get my benefits turned on after being told I didn't qualify. They are unreal and so helpful. The only bad side is the little Spanish girl who wears a white vest. She is so disrespectful and just rude and petty to clients. And the craziest thing is she definitely attacked one of her co workers and I saw her working there still the next week. She's a definite problem. But outside of that, this is one of the most useful laundromats ever.. you can get you're benefits set up and do you're wash.

I love this place, been going for years; since they opened. Staff are very helpful and work hard to keep the place clean and free of addicts.

First off all, dislike the music they play half of the washers are o.o.o and bathroom door all busted up. Like you seeious.

So only complaint is the bathroom dirty and doors don't lock . They have like a thing in the door that makes the door stick if they try to open it but it still opens if you push hard enough . Other then that it gets the job done and better then the ones on Kensington Ave .

I can't believe there are any negative reviews for place.First of all the place is awesome. Big, extremely clean, stuff for kids to do, big TVs and sitting areas, colorful and very kid friendly. I saw signs for neighborhood programs they sponsor and in the bathroom is a sign telling people that if they need help with anything at all (housing, substance abuse issues, child care, food...) to reach out to staff member and they will make sure they get you to the proper resources to help you. Seems like the owners must be pretty decent people.As for staff, went there in the middle of the night late summer. We had an issue with our gas and myself, my husband, and our toddler had to leave our house unexpectedly around 1am until the next morning. Hotel wasn't in the budget so we figured we would go do laundry so we had somewhere to go wait. The guys running the overnight shift were SO above and beyond nice. They offered no judgement on us dragging our little guy out in the middle of the night, even before we told them why. They helped us set up his stroller propped back so he could sleep, they helped us carry our bags in, showed us where everything was and how it worked, and one guy even lent us a couple bucks because we were trying to cram loads together to save money and he was worried they wouldn't get clean.I think this place is great, and at least the overnight staff are especially amazing.

Most of the driers are broken , there is no sign not using it , you put your clothes and then surprised you can't use the drier. The washer dosent wash the clothe properly.

Every time mine go in the place, it’s usually great, there’s this one older Spanish crack head lady who works there n says Shes a supervisor, I can’t believe how but again, it’s only her working so go figure, but they have change machines i the guy who fixes them said unplugging them resets them, if upon being lit up, it needs to be unplugged, my brand new tv is like that also, so I can only imagine she doesn’t have much going on but her tone of voice today, very disrespectful—- n I’m so laid back, n don’t sweat things but she was ignorant n I would of been the bad guy if I talked to her the way she talked to me…
