The Glen is such a great place to live! Peaceful yet close to everything, with well maintained units that come with parking, laundry, and central air. However, the highlight of the place are the property managers, Kevin and Laura. They take great care of the residents and the property. The on-site maintenance team is also top notch. Very highly recommend!!

Liars and racist scammers running this place. Constantly put out nasty emails yelling the whole community in all caps, and emailing the surveillance images of people to the whole community to embarass folks that didn't dispose of their trash or dog mess properly (not me, I wish they would've tried me ?). I'm not a dog lover myself but pick your target.
They make nasty insinuations about people's race (specifically African Americans) in a community-wide email. Both Kevin with his sarcastic and racist remarks, and Laura with her smart mouth, gossiping and nasty attitude are dishonest and scamming individuals. Laura had to eat crow and call and apologize for yelling at me disrespectfully in an email even before I moved in (because of her error), after she realized I wasn't docile like the rest of them that she verbally abused.
I'm tired of typing so I'll sum up by saying don't be fooled by these scammers, they'll lie to try to collect $1000's more after you move (too bad for them I had proof of their lies and got their extortion attempt removed from my credit). And the folks that can't control their dogs that drag them around the complex, snapping at passers-by. And those that don't say "hello" back when you speak, is all the more reason why anyone with sense will stay away from these jerks. Good riddens!

Called The Glen our home for 5 years and loved every day of it! The staff is helpful and friendly. Maintenance was taken care of on time every time. If you need to live in the city but don't want it to feel like the city- this is the apartment for you. Very spacious apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and a overall is great place to live!

We’ve lived here for 3 years. Management and maintenance have always been responsive, professional, and friendly. Kevin and Laura in the leasing office have always quickly attended to our requests. We would recommend this property to anybody who wants to move to a great community!

We have lived here since 2013. Whenever we needed maintenance or information it has always been done promptly and professionally. This place is a wonderful environment. The property manager Kevin is so personable and friendly guy. From the day I moved here with my parents Kevin, Laura and Maintenace staff are best of the best. Before coming here 7 years ago we lived in a 3-story home in neighboring area, it was scary different not sure house to 2-bedroom apartment, well we found our second home, and Kevin and Laura made sure of that. Kevin has come down to check on me and my parents see if we need anything told me many times call if you need anything. Kevin keeps the are immaculate, the apartments are beautiful and if there is any apartment repairs issues maintenance is on it and will get it fixed. Kevin takes great pride in keeping this small community engaged in food trucks, events. Laura soon as I have any issues or questions, she is on top of it calls me right away. You feel like country living up here at the Glen, if you are looking, you need to check the Glen.

Love this apartment complex and the kindness of Kevin, Laura, and the maintenance crew. I've never had an issue with getting help when needed or answers to questions I have. The complex is kept clean, there are a variety of food trucks, and it's a great place if you have a dog!

This community is wonderful. Laura and Kevin in the management office are very responsive and it is clear they care deeply about the residents and upkeep of the property. Maintenance issues are always promptly handled. I always felt safe on the property and if there was an issue it was addressed immediately. I can’t say enough good things about The Glen. I am sad to be leaving. I am only leaving because I am moving to a new area with my partner.

My wife and I recently moved to this community, and we have been extremely happy with everything so far! Management (Kevin and Laura) are so easy to work with, and they made us feel welcome before even moving in. They are always keeping us updated with community emails and newsletters, which is extra helpful for knowing when events like food trucks will be coming to the neighborhood. My first maintenance requests were completed within 1-2 days. My dog loves the dog park, and other owners are welcoming and respectful. Parking is easy, mail/packages are easy, everything is much better than our previous townhome community. Would recommend!

We’re sadden to leave , we enjoyed our time at the glen for the years we were here ! Great community/dog community . Food trucks and things at the leasing office for the tenants. Kevin is a great landlord ! Laura was amazing with all our needs as well ! Maintenance are prompt with fixing things in a timely fashion . I had a pro form eliptical machine I didn’t want to bring in my apartment, so they gladly took it in the workout area . (So enjoy) we are only leaving to avoid paying city taxes & the steps ! The steps got to be much after a while lol we were on the 2 floor . Over all great place to live ! My girlfriend & I Highly recommended !

Lived here for almost a year now, and I can sense of community in this apartment complex. The leasing management team are 10 out of 10! The neighbors are also a peach. My husband, my big Saint Bernie and I love living here. We appreciate you, Kevin and Laura!

I'm a recently moved in resident, and I have nothing but good opinions about this place. The complex grounds are well kept, my unit was in good condition when I moved in, and the front office staff are wonderful. They're nice and incredibly helpful, more so than most apartment complexes I've lived in. I had a couple small maintenance requests when I first moved in and those were taken care of promptly. As a fun bonus, the complex hosts food trucks on occasion!

I lived here for about two years. It was a great place to live, always felt safe and maintenance was quick to help out with most things. I will miss the community, the food trucks, and the proximity to Manayunk!

My significant other and I lived at the Glen for 2.5 years and could not be happier with our experience. Kevin, the property manager, lives on the property and you can tell how much he cares for the well-being of his community. He and his team do a great job communicating with the tenants with weekly emails. The units are spacious and comfortable, and many of the units' balconies have privacy and nice greenery which we loved. There were many little perks including a nice dog park, nearly weekly food truck visits, and the free, spacious parking lot was a huge benefit especially being located in Philadelphia. The Glen offered a welcomed breath of fresh air while still being close enough for work commutes into the city. Had we not needed to move for work-related reasons, we would have been very happy to continue living here, and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you to Kevin and Laura for a great experience!

Laura and Kevin do everything they can to make you have a great experience living here! Including prompt maintenance visits, informative emails, weekly food trucks, and great amenities for pets! I cannot recommend this complex enough.
