Very nice venue. Good food and drink options. You can't buy dinner here but they have things like fries, etc. They have standing for certain events then seats for other events.

Everyone here is wonderful but huge shoutout to Joel who was awesome in instructing us where to go for our VIP Meet & Greet experience and ensuring barricade was spaced out to avoid any potential in crowd crushing.

It’s 2024, get with the picture. Security guard took my medical marijuana and refused to allow me to put it in my car even with my medical card. I totally understand it couldn’t be in the building but taking people’s medication should be illegal. Do you also take peoples prescription meds or what? ??

Literally never been to a more asinine establishment. Want in concert? Just have them scan your ticket and walk in. Want to stop and grab food? Need a full on cavity search of your ass hole. Also. Upon entry they stamp your hand. Because they just want to waste everyone’s time I guess. Tell me what the point of a stamp is. If not for re-entry. Yeah. This place doesn’t do that. Have your ticket. Doesn’t matter. Have a stamped hand. Doesn’t matter. Dude at the bar was pissy as hell and basically annoyed anyone approached at all. First and indefinitely last time here. I’ve been to more pleasant outdoor concerts. In a tent. In the dead ass heat of summer.

The venue notoriously over serves folks on alcohol. Security seems unwilling to manage a crowd of people too drunk to stand, I guess because that’s their highest paying customers, right? Was there last night and everyone in a twenty person radius was being harassed by another group of messed up show goers. When asked to stop, because security did nothing, it just made them more aggressive, to the point of waiting for us after the show to continue their verbal harassment in the venue and out front of it. Once again, no security felt the need to step in. Then after the show they sent over some live nation reps to assure us that some people are just assholes and there is nothing they can do about over serving. Really awesome jobs guys!!!

Gorgeous venue, efficient entry and I felt very safe after the very thorough bag-check (even for my tiny fanny-pack). I had tickets for standing room/1st floor. It was fine for the openers but before the headliner came on the AC was turned off as masses of people piled in - it was way too packed and too hot - we had to leave early because of just how many people were there.

What an awful venue. Last time I was able to get standing room GA upstairs. Tonight I went to see a show for $60 general admission. The first floor was packed — the crowd expanded out to the bar and down the hallway (pictured is a view from the hallway). The second floor was half full, but you had to pay an extra $50 to just to get standing room access on the second floor.
Basically, they price these shows an average of what you’d pay at a similar venue but they overbook so there isn’t enough room for everyone in GA, in hopes of squeezing you for more money. Go figure, It’s a Live Nation venue. Never coming here again.

If i could give zero stars i would. The employees here do not have any clue what they are doing. A lot of miscommunication, very disorganized & unprofessional. I waited in line as a VIP Guest tonight beginning at 6:30 p.m. Me and others were escorted inside the venue, less than 30 seconds later we all were escorted back outside. Police arrived with yellow tape and dogs conducting an investigation. About an hour and 30 minutes later the yellow tape was removed and one of the fillmore staff led us to believe that all of there staff will head back inside the venue first to resume their post/duties and then they will be escorting us back inside the venue shortly to receive our VIP passes, merch and attend the show, followed by meet and greet with the performers. About another hour later, no word back from any of the Fillmore staff. To our surprise dozens of people began leaving and yelling that the fillmore has canceled/postponed the show after we stood around and waited 3 hours to attend the show. I will never return to this venue again. I've attended concerts all over the world throughout the U.S. and abroad for many years and The Fillmore is by far the worst experience I've ever had. They really dropped the ball and could have handled this a lot better, but instead they all stood inside the gate just looking at us as if they were hiding from us. Unbelievable.

Canceled the French Montana / Fabolous show. Don’t go here for hip hop shows. Most likely to cancel
