The people there are very nice. They treated my cat very well The vet was knowledgeable and very nice to my baby girl. The prices aren’t bad either, ’ll definitely be back. And they have two really cute cats walking around the office

Really happy with the care provided to our family cat. He has had a few complicated eye issues but everything has been resolved. We really appreciate their care and how they help sprinkles. They give us very good feedback on medication and other layers of care.

i emailed the cat doctor at 4am in a panic over an issue with my 4 year old cat. they open at 8am, i got a call at 8:01am telling me they could take her at 9:30am. the attentiveness, and how absolutely lovely the vet and the tech were was just incredible. this will forever be my choice to bring my furbaby

Great, caring vets and staff who specialize in cats. I always know my kitty is in the best hands at the cat doctor. The appointments are pleasant, there is time to ask questions, doctors are very attentive. I've been taking my cats here for 15 years; when my last (very beloved) cat had to be euthanized, I was especially grateful that he had had such good experiences at the cat dr. over the years--he loved going to his appointments and getting all the attention, and so I think he felt more safe and comfortable here at the end. They also sent a sweet card after he passed signed by his long-term doctor, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Now I take another cat here, who despite being kind of a brat about vet appointments, also gets the best care. Thanks!

I've been going to the Cat Doctor for 15 years (with three cats of varying ages) and all experiences have been A+++. First, they are cats-only, which means they understand cats and don't judge if your cat is scared or squirmy (or vocally complaining). The prices are fair compared to other leading area vet hospitals, and the extra compassion they show towards cats nearing the end of life is exactly what is needed - for cats AND their owners. Highly recommended.

Good ambience - fast entry to appointment times! Knowledgeable and caring staff + veterinarian. Also had two roaming cats who are adopted by the practice - they come by for pets and generally mill around. My cat had no issues with them. Would go again if I was staying in the city.

The doctors were pretty nice, Dr. Beiting is very calm and has a nice vibe but the receptionist is very rude. Super dismissive and condescending. The doctors seem good so I would've went back, but the customer service is so terrible that I won't- especially when I'm already very worried about my pet. For the expensive prices, it's not worth it. Save your money and go to a place with a better front desk. Lots of other places in the city with good doctors too but a kinder receptionist and better prices.

I brought my cat here for the first time and it was great! The waiting area and reception desk are decorated so it feels like a cozy living room. I saw two hospital cats who were very friendly. The atmosphere of the office is so calming, for human and cat. The staff and doctor were really helpful in addressing all of my concerns, and for the level of care I received the price was very affordable.

The Cat Doctor is a very special place for your fur baby. The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable, gentle, caring, and attentive to the needs of your fur baby. The care that was given to my Tiger, was how you would want to be treated if it was for you. Your mind is at ease with the care you receive. So thankful for such kindness

I genuinely can not say enough about the veterinarian staff at The Cat Doctor. My cats have been going since 2020 and I am so grateful for all of care they have provided. Dr. McKee is amazing and so kind!

I took an injured outdoor cat here today, and the staff and the vet that I saw could not have been nicer. They took plenty of time, evaluating him and treating him respectfully even though he was an outdoor cat. Thankfully, he behaved well. Dr. Titlebaum was kind, gentle, knowledgeable, and thorough. All of the staff were terrific as well. They love cats, and it shows. Thank you for taking care of us today, it is greatly appreciated.

I've been a client of The Cat Doctor for about 7 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. All of the staff are extremely kind and helpful. Dr. McKee has treated my cats. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, curious, attentive, and pragmatic. I would strongly recommend this practice to fellow cat guardians.

Every single person in the office was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. The doctor and techs were gentle and very thorough with their examination. I never once felt like the staff was trying to rush the appointment to stay on schedule. I’ve had several pets throughout the years and this was the best experience at a veterinary office that I’ve ever had. Very impressed.

"Xxx is so cute!! And such a pur machine!!" Loving up on them helping them be calm. This is why I STILL come here even though they’re a bit of a ride from s Philly because how they treat us. I love these guys and recommend them
