Do not do business with this company. They are extremely unprofessional and they are very slow to process basic orders. I’m currently waiting on a reorder since a week after thanksgiving. Their sales representative just told me they make too much money for my business and don’t need my money anymore. If you need a uniform within 3-4 weeks, I’m begging you to find another company. They will let you down time and again.

Ordered jerseys for our fall softball league.. they arrived two days early and we more than we expected! The team loved them... and I have to say we have the best uniforms out of all the teams!

Update from my original review: They messed up my order, resulting in receiving the wrong jersey sizes. I was told by 2 of their representatives that it was my fault and nothing could be done. This was escalated to the CEO who initially had no plan to replace the jerseys either. As we went in circles, I finally told her that since we were not going to agree I would just continue with the advice of my lawyer of starting with a formal complaint through the Better Business Bureau, which I had already submitted, and pending the outcome of that would decide my next actions. At that point the direction of the conversation started to change and ended with the company replacing all of my jerseys at no additional costs to me. I am satisfied with the ultimate outcome, but not the length of time it took for the company to finally agree to do the right thing. Because of this fiasco our jerseys did not arrive in time for our first games. We had to spend additional money to get basic tops just to have something for those first games.

My daughter's basketball team ordered tear away pants from Team Sports Planet. They worked with us to get correct sizing, the design we wanted and the exact colors to match the uniforms. They provided fantastic customer service to get them to us on time and they are so much better than we could've asked for! We were a little worried about ordering something online, but the service they provided and the quality of the product was amazing. Would highly recommend!

Even during the pandemic, they made many adjustments and maintained contact with updates. The jerseys did come later than expected because of it, but they were very professional and when they came, they were fantastic!

Team Sports Planet provided the baseball jerseys for my son's team for last few years. The quality of the jerseys is amazing. No fading, no yellowing, not a single button fell off. Even after months of washing and drying, the colors look brand new. I would highly recommend this company.

For the past 5 years Team Sports Planet has been my go to company for my son’s travel baseball team’s uniforms. The quality is second to none. No rips, no tears, no pulls or fading. My son’s first jersey from TSP, which he played in for 2 years, still looks brand new and the ones after that the quality is just the same. Not just for my son but for the whole team! I showed the jersey to my other son’s coach and now they are happy customer’s too.The Jersey builder on their website is very easy to use and has a ton of options to customize the jersey the way you like it. If you want to do a totally customized jersey, like I did last year, they will do that too. The whole staff is friendly and seem to know who I am and where I am in the process as soon as I call in. I have worked with Terri Broyles closely since I started using TSP and she’s been extremely helpful and attentive every step of the way. They strive on getting it done the way you want it. From concept to production go with Team Sports Planet and you will be a customer for life.

I'm a manager of 12u club baseball team in New Jersey. When I started coaching for the organization 5 years ago, my 8u team was issued button up jerseys from Team Sports Planet. After we completed our first season, I was absolutely amazed with how durable the jerseys were. Every mom on my team was simply amazed and thankful for how easy it was to keep their sons jersey clean and looking like new. From that point, there was no turning back. We have ordered 4 different jerseys for my team in the past 5 years from Team Sports Planet. The quality of Team Sports Planet's jerseys is simply AMAZING!!!
