They should change their slogan to "America's slowest bank" it doesn't matter what day, time, or reason for your visit. They will have no more than 2 tellers on staff, and unless you're the only customer in the bank you're going to be waiting a minimum of 20 minutes. No idea why but that's what I've come to expect as normal from them.

Store Customer Experience Coordinator Tianna K. is the best !!!! She thwarted the attempts of a fraudster who entered her branch and attempted to withdraw funds from my account.He had my SS# and photo ID!!!Her diligence in questioning the male saved me from untold heartache. The fraudster fled the bank empty handed.Thank you so much for doing your job!!!!For those who get annoyed at the tellers for not rubber stamping your requests....... they're protecting you!Appreciate the skepticism.....and maybe one day you'll be as grateful as I am.

Customer service is nice, polite & knowledgeable. Teller is fast too. Sometimes they have long lines with only 1 teller.

The service at this bank is exemplary. The Service people are always friendly and polite. This is not even my bank but I think it is better than mine. Thinking about transferring my funds into a new account here. I only go here to get cash advances because it's convenient and everyone is so nice!!!

Unacceptably rude and racist costumer service, which apparently making an exception for only Ukrainian refugees. What’s up with other nations? They not people? Ahh? We came here to open an account for friend of mine, even tho we had all necessary documents) they were refusing to provide us with a services by making up excuses. Really, dissatisfied with this branch.

Just left this location...went there to open a bank account..two representatives available..one with customer and second one doing nothing..no greeting no response..wait for few minutes and left the bank..America's worst bank and they claim America's most convenient bank..nope

I just drove through the drive-through to make a deposit and saw that they will be closed for, “indigenous peoples day, “on October 11, 2021. No mention of Columbus Day. I’m so tired of these corporate cowards getting cheap advertising by putting on corporate black face.

Here is my business card Mr Rivera! I will show my supervisor your request and I will contact you today once he is done with his meeting. - No call that day. I call the number on the business card and leave a message that requests teller Dave Stonehill to call me back with an update. Do you think they check their voicemail? All around simple request and still no response. Regional manager needs to figure out why this branch has such bad reviews and nonexistent customer service.
