Twice I was "randomly" asked for my receipt, and when checking my receipt four white customers with more items then I had were just able to walk out the store with no question. When asked why they were checking my receipt I was ignored. What a joke. Great service for someone like me who spends thousands in target for my Reno projects. Glad I moved away from Philly and this target.

Almost everything is placed behind the glass and locked down. I was waiting and trying to find someone with a key because not every employee has the key to open it, and it’s just takes such a long time. My quick run to the store turned out for hours! This is terrible. I’m trying to avoid shopping at this specific location because of it.

Was going to buy one of the weighted stuffed animals and picked it up from an open cart not thinking anything of it and a worker screamed at my bf and I and said she wanted it then turned around and said that we could have it…get better workers if I were her I would’ve seen that and just thought to myself damn but nope she clearly doesn’t care about customers that are there to buy things. Not there getting paid for a job. Very rude

thursday between 10:30-11:00 am . the cashier ( she might between 55-70)while she take care my order i guess she was tranning for young lady . she make me feel uncomfortable. she make me a feeling she is racial discrimination. all i ask her i want to pay my order separate. she was ask me why. what does she mean why. i paid for my order and i want it separate. what’s wrong with it. but i still told her because it is a gift i want it separate but she still doesn’t do it. the wait she talk and does make me so uncomfortable. i pay for my items and it like i go and begging for it ?

They keep closing self checkout to have people “use registers more” and then let a whole line out on the walkway form while ONE cashier (not their fault) calls for backup that takes 10 min for anyone to come. Management is terrible for this. Makes zero sense. Get more cashiers if this is something you are doing. The reason I shop at target over Walmart was literally for not having to wait in a line. I can Amazon everything I got today too, which I don’t want to do, but will if this doesn’t change.Also the makeup section is pathetic. Messy, empty shelves. Employees walk around putting in new stock like zombies on their phone.Don’t even try and come here for anything in health or beauty or be forced to wait for someone to unlock your body wash….It took years for me to feel this way, but it’s just another glorified Walmart with higher prices.

Decent variety of things, but sometimes their shelves are almost completely empty in some sections. A lot of things are also locked, like razors and deodorants, as well as the electronics which makes sense. Not a lot of staff, so if the self checkout line is crowded there's maybe one register open. If you need help finding an item, it's hard to find an employee around. But when you do at least they're nice.

When first opened years ago, this store was great. Not anymore! Usually only lines open are self checkout. Which is ridiculous. Also, good luck getting an associate to help you. Waited almost 15 minutes to have a vacuum “unlocked” for me to purchase.

The new security locks have made my shopping experience impractical. I understand waiting 5 or even 10 minutes for someone to assist in opening them.However this is my second time at this Target in a row, where I wave my hands at the security sensor, it beeps and then no one comes to help. I waited there for 10-15 minutes. I even stopped other workers, and they said they would get someone who had the key. No one helped. Other customers were having the same experience while I was there.I ended up leaving without purchasing the items I needed.

What a beautiful (and big) target! Very organized. Cashiers are very friendly and provide support on locating items.

Just sold me a fast charging cable with the brick and I open the re sealed box that was a return and no brick in it. Who's taking returns without checking things and ripping off customers?Just went in to exchange and they just scan the receipt and said the money will go back on the card. Asked for an exchange not a return, no apologies for selling stuff with missing parts, none for wasting my time twice. Just here's your money, bye.Check your items before you leave to make sure everything is there if you want to shop here I guess...

I waited 30 minutes for someone to unlock the fence and give me razors, then about 15 minutes for similac. I go to checkout, and only section open is self serve with a line that curves into the aisle. I get through all of that go to the Starbucks and had to wait 10 minutes for this girl to make my drink (apperantly she was getting training). Meanwhile everyone who ordered after me got their drink. Leaving a bad review on their starbucks as well.Edit: I double down on my bad review. Word of advice. If you need something that is locked behind a fence in this Target, you should try finding an employee in person or breaking the fence, before pressing the button. I do not know if they are ignoring it or if it does not work

What happened to this place? All essentials are locked up, and there’s not enough employees to unlock what you need. I waited 15 minutes for soap to be unlocked, and had someone watch me closely while picking something out. Truly demeaning and embarrassing. I understand there is theft, but at least have enough employees to assist relativelyQuickly. Also store is dirty and unorganized.

It was horrible. I am 7 months pregnant with a baby at home. Typically i order my son 8 bottles of premade formula a week and pick it up. When I went in target they said i was limited to 4. I had to order on the app and wait a hour when i was just in store. Then when i called to speak to a manager a manager was not given the phone. I was told told the only way to speed up the process is to cancel the order and come back in. I’m not doing that in the sweltering heat while 7 months pregnant.

The customer service was awful and the workers don't know how to do their jobs and just frown in your face the store overall have bad customer service.
