Consistently disappointed by this target. So many items locked up, so much time standing in line for checkout (self checkouts closed).

This location used to be great in a pinch.
Now you have to wait for someone to unlock regular hygiene products like soap and deodorant and they're understaffed. It's ridiculous. You can't browse scented products or read ingredient labels and you feel rushed in doing price comparison.
