If I could add a 0 star review I would. All the workers are lazy and don’t do anything. If you want to grab a product from behind the glass it’ll take 20 min for someone to come help you. Fix your system

After walking around looking for someone to open fitting rooms to try things on, we were told that they are “closed for the day” … at 4PM … on a Friday.

Literally everything is locked up and you need an employee to come and help you get toothpaste from behind a locked glass door. Annoying.

The Roxborough Target locks up their soap (and other stuff, many items are locked behind glass doors). Requiring a staff member to unlock after you request assistance. 1. Why? Dude, if people are stealing soap and lotion, you have bigger problems. 2. The wait time to get a staff member to unlock the soap was ridiculous. There were several customers who had attempted to find a staff member, I had even called the store to request assistance. Finally, a young man who seemed to have just started his shift came to free the soap.
This, is the worst Target, the only other one worse than Roxborough is the one in Ardmore having 20 items for you to shop for. It may as well be a convenience store.
Target step your game up at the Roxborough location.

Great customer service, with a smile and pleasant attitude! Found my order in a matter of seconds and I was on my way! I always have a great experience at Target of Roxborough!

I think it would be more enjoyable to have a staff member assigned to you upon entering so they can chaperone you and prevent you from stealing. Almost everything is locked up and there isn’t enough staff/attentive staff to unlock things when needed. I had to wait upwards of 20 min multiple times in one trip because no one would come to unlock a cabinet so I could get a $5 thing of deodorant, like c‘mon. I was going to abandon the mission and go somewhere else but I stuck it out just to see how ridiculous it would get. Target- this is not the answer to theft prevention. It just creates a very unenjoyable experience for shoppers and workers a like. Definitely won’t be back to a target if it’s gunna be like this

I have never left a bad review for a business before. I have been going to target for 24 years. I've been to dozens in PA, DE, and NJ. I have NEVER been in such a DUMP before in my life. Stuff was all over the floors and hanging off racks, there was racks and carts of stuff blocking merchandise in nearly every aisle. Not to mention almost everything is locked up down to my $4 toothpaste. You have to wave ur hand under a sensor to get an employee to unlock it and the sensor doesn't ever make u aware that it's working and someone's actually coming. Just structurally the lay out of the store was TERRIBLE with multiple dead end isles and nothing making sense. It was dirty, disgusting, confusing and just overall a terrible experience. I was desperate to get out of there and found nearly nothing I needed. I have never had such a terrible shopping experience let alone at a target of all places. The only reason I'm even okay enough that I'm forced to leave one star is because one lady worker attempted to help me find an item and the lady checking me out went out of her way to price match my items which was kind of her. Otherwise target... WTH are u doing with this location?! I actually wish I took pictures.

Used to be a great Target, then they locked up all of the products and no one is around to assist in opening the lock.

Trash. They have everything you need in a Target and everything you don’t want in terms of accessibility and customer service. Essentials are locked up like a jewelry case. Push the button and pray someone comes just be rushed with your deodorant selection. Don’t be in a rush. Of the six or so self service kiosks, only a few work, and to add salt there always 4 or five employees congregating where the actual registers are that no one can access.
The only reason I go is for the pharmacy which is awesome and unfortunately I have to ask them to check other items out.

This store has gone from being the go to stop for small shopping needs to not even worth the time to walk in the doors. There is barely any staff that has the ability to open the security locked shelves that contain a good portion of the items we come in for. A few minutes' wait is understandable, but clearly, the staff who is just a few aisles away have zero time or want to serve the customers. This is the 3rd time the wait has gotten to long and we left the store empty handed.
Congratulations anti theft mechanisms are working great and serve the dual purpose of sending once loyal local customers back to the many grocery stores or pharmacies locally that want the business.

Avoid this target at all costs. Everything is locked up, no one comes to help you. Literal feces on the walls of the bathroom. Target, do better.

I am a faithful and committed target customer. Tonight I was treated as nothing, sub human if you ask me.Disclaimer. I’m not a feedback person, but tonight I truly believe something needs to be to be said and documented. I’m pretty understanding, and don’t have issues with most corporate customer service industries, to include airlines, fast food, and retail. Tonight, is different.Here is why I feel this way, I arrived at the Andorra target location @ 9:50pm I was not allowed in the store and verbally told I couldn’t come in even though there were no posted signs, changes or any documentation provided with stores updated shopping hours. I was confused at first then I realized that the store is closing earlier than what is posted. This is unfair, and how else would I know to come before 9:50 pm. I mean what is to stop them from changing it to 9:30pm?!Thumbs down target. I hope you have approval and authorization from your corporate office. I already didn’t want to come to your unorganized, poor customer service having location. In other words do better. I might apply to be a manager here just to make sure the values, standards, and policies of target and their shareholders are upheld and maintained.Also this is the first time, even though I never documented the attitude of the workers who seem very disgruntle and make you feel bad for asking or needing their assistance.Sincerely a frustrated ex customer!
