A good candidate for worst target. Not enough brain cells to go around, carts never in the store, tons of products locked up and no bags or $1/bag. Just skip.

I don't understand. They put everything in cages, and make you push a button over and over to open the cage, and nobody comes, so you have no choice but give up and leave. The manager is probably sitting there thinking, "Why don't we have as many sales as we used to?"
