Sam was an incredible help when I started looking at used cars for purchase! He accompanied me to look at the car, assessed the condition of the car, asked relevant questions, and made his recommendation about whether the car was worth purchasing, and if I should negotiate for a lower price given the condition of the car. When I found the car, I felt confident taking the leap given Sam’s expert review of the car’s condition. I’m so glad he will also be available to help me maintain the car and do repairs when needed. Communication was easy and prompt, and the mobile nature of his mechanic practice is a godsend!

I’ve used this service for close to a year and it’s been a lifesaver!! My vehicle’s ball and axle broke down on the side of the road, I was able to contact mobile mechanic, and he came out and fixed the issue there. 100% Recommend!!

Best service in the game! My car would not start and couldn’t figure out the problem. Called Mobile Mechanic Pros and within minutes they arrived and immediately started running tests to identify issue. Long story short, my car is back up and running and couldn’t be more relieved. Do not hesitate to do business with them because even in freezing weather conditions they will show up. A+

They told me 200 for alternator but wind up needing turpentine belt instead everyone else said 70-100 he wanted to keep the 200 so he told me it costed 200 for belt.also kept my change from belt that was 15 dollars I gave him 40$ trying to get over on a female.if need turpentine belts anyway look up mikes 24hr mobile mechanic on google he charge 70-100

Omar was an amazing mechanic he did a Pre - Purchase inspection on a 2013 Toyota Camry at a dealership for me. He ran multiple tests, read codes, looked inside, outside and under the car. He even test drove the car to insure that it was properly working. I love the fact that he was transparent about the car and let me know the pros and cons. He interacted very Professionally with me and the dealer and was very vocal about the car. He definitely is a reliable mechanic that gets the job done ✅ I 100% recommend him If your looking for any used cars ?

I called the number on the website hoping to schedule an appointment, but Sam was not only able to but willing to FaceTime with me and help me resolve the issue with his guidance. I’m pretty sure it would have taken him 10 minutes to fix it on his own, but the whole time he was super patient with me as I know nothing about vehicles and auto repair and he spent a long time helping me. He was so nice and professional, really appreciate it.

Tech showed up early, which was a nice surprise. Very communicative before, during and after service; thumbs up for checking in with me after the appointment, to make sure the car was running fine. Sameer is knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend if you either can't make it to an auto shop, or just want service to come to you.

I would like to start with the pros before the cons. The pros is that they have great customer service and was very fast coming out. The con is don’t waste your money on a diagnostic. I end up getting a diagnostic for my car I was told that they specialized in German cars I’ve been scam multiple times with my car with mechanic stating they specialized in it and not knowing a darn thing and this is how I felt was the case. I was told it was one thing by Samir but I wanted a second opinion turns out it was something completely different I was told by Samir it was a radiator issue turns out my water pump is bad. Don’t go to someone plugging a computer and flashing a light. Go to a actually professional and get a complete diagnostic. Should’ve knew it was a red flag when basic questions about the car and parts couldn’t be told or didn’t know the names for parts if you are a professional that’s something you should know.
