My fiance and I had a fantastic experience working with Jake and Sydney Rosen! He went above and beyond to help us pick the right cut and setting and to help envision how our rings would pair with wedding bands. He was also very responsive throughout the process of making the rings and resizing them after our proposal. Highly recommend!!

Was referred here by a family friend for my engagement ring. My husband and I worked with Lois. Cannot say enough positive things about this jewelry store and Lois. Lois went out of her way to making my custom engagement ring absolutely perfect and was such a pleasure to work with. My husband and I went back again to work with Lois on our wedding bands as well.
Lois is extremely personable and did not pressure my husband or I into purchasing anything we were not comfortable with. She is very knowledgeable with the diamonds and made our experience really wonderful. Highly recommend.

Jacob was a great help in helping us pick out our engagement rings and bands. He was very knowledgable and answered any questions we had. We visited a few jewelers at jewelers row and Sydney Rosen is definitely the best. Jake went above and beyond! 10/10!

When beginning the process of buying an engagement ring, I did not know very much about diamonds at all. Jake made this process easy, he walked me through every step, and I learned a lot and now appreciate the diamond I purchased. Honest, transparent, and easy to work with. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

They also were the most competitive from a price standpoint even comparing to online retailers like Brilliant Earth.
