Got a ring repaired and another one resized here. When I picked them up, the rings looked completely new (cleaned and flawless). They are always very helpful, reliable, and transparent with prices (and affordable!)

2 years ago we came here to pierce my daughter's ears (appointment only). Lena was very meticulous in making sure the piercings would be even and she was gentle and patient with my then 7 year old. Today we went there again thinking my daughter's ear eczema closed the peircing and Lena helped us resolve this. This establishment is a very professional family run business. There are various designs that'll appeal to folks with different tastes. Thank you sunshine for being the bright spot on Washington Avenue.

Very few places left that offer this kind of speed, service, or affordability. Aleena and their team of experts are wonderful. My ring, of 21 years, recently broke. If you know me, you know the sentiment that it holds. Not only was it fixed, it looked as new as the day my father gave it to me. Before I start crying, please go into this establishment with respect and know that the quality you'll receive is greater that their longevity. Again, thank you for all your kindness (and my little gift bag) !

My son took a bracelet that broke that my husband had given to me over 22 years ago and a fossil watch that needed a new battery. They fixed my bracelet by adding a link and cleaned it up and also the watch as well ver reasonable and my son was impressed as to how nice everyone was when he went in. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I went in this morning as the shop was opening to have my watch battery replaced. Immediately greeted by smiling staff! Was told I could leave it or wait while it was replaced. The wait was less than 10 minutes and I was on my way. Reasonable price as well! I was browsing the shop while I was waiting and I will be coming back for sure the next time I need to purchase any jewelry. Everything here is beautifully crafted!

So I stopped here in a whim as I was in need of a necklace and bracelet being repaired. I searched Yelp first obviously and took a Lyft here. The doors are locked and you have to be buzzed in. Same for the second door so they take security very seriously. Granted it is a jewelry store so it makes sense. I was greeted warmly by two different women. There was a lot of gold around me and silver and the red carpet below made it feel like I was in a Chinese palace of sorts. The store has been around for quite some time as I inquired about it with the attendant I spoke to so it tells me they must be a staple in the community. They fixed my necklace and bracelet right away in a matter of minutes, and the lady even took the time to ask me which clasp I preferred more and showed me a variety of options. I was very grateful. She even hBe me this small pair of pearl earrings complimentary. I think the cost for the repairs was appropriate given the quality of my items. They weren't fine jewelry so it made sense. Overall I was satisfied with the service I received. The attendants were friendly and my items got fixed.Win win!
