DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS HORRIBLE EXCUSE OF A MECHANIC!! Wish I could give NEGATIVE ZERO STARS!! Take a look at how many years ago all the so called good reviews were. Ever since Greg son left the shop, it went straight to HELL!!!!!
GREG is an unprofessional, horrible, sloppy, lazy, lying mechanic! What a creep! He is a LIAR as well as his staff! The Communication is pathetic! He does NOT CALL! If you need answers about your vehicle, you have to personally go to shop because he NEVER answers his phone, which can be difficult considering he has your vehicle smdh...
He had my vehicle for 25 damn days and completely ruined a catalytic converter that cost me $500!!!!!!! He messed up hoses, left knobs off, left leaks underneath my car!!
When Greg was confronted with PAPERWORK from other mechanics, he lied and said that the other shop is trying to get money from me although the other shop DID NOT charge me one penny because GREG's work was so horrible, told me to take it back to the mechanic who did the awful work and have them correct it!!
Greg REFUSED to correct HIS mistakes and said I must've given him a bad catalytic converters!!? If that were the case, why didn't he tell me that before he put them on or even after????
Because he is LYING!! I will NEVER take my vehicle to Greg again!! He is a horrible person who does not care about his customers or their safety or how much money HE has made us waste!! Him and his LOUSY staff should be ashamed of how pathetic they are!! If you value your car, money, safety and time, PLEASE FIND A MECHANIC THAT CARES BECAUSE GREG HAS PROVEN HE'S ABOUT MAKING MONEY, NOT MAKING CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND SOLVING THEIR CAR ISSUES!!
GREG is a terrible mechanic and is truly getting over on his own people! Absolutely pathetic!!!!!!

I've known the owners for many years. Greg recently worked on my truck. He communicated what needed to be done along with the price. The turn around time was exceptional. Greg and his employees are very knowledgeable and they don't mind explaining what needs to be done.

Strawberry Mansion Auto aka Home of The Smart Guys tkes gr8 care of Nitro's needs jus recently I've ben thr 4 a loose battery terminal which I had NO ideal wat the hell was goin on cuz her brake light, abs light, traction light was on her charms was goin off thn she's powers ? dwn in mid traffic steering wheel wuld lock Cougar figured that out soon .as he tried 2 strt hr, he did mi alternater, greg did mi starter, thy both bassicly damn near did EVRY part on mi nitro, so needless 2 sy I TRUST the hell out of thm & I WILL b bk, mi daughter son?'s cougar he call'z cougar Nitro's doctor soon as he see's cougar truck he sy's that'z Nitro's doctor thy r 2 gr8 guys trust thm, I'm tell'n u thy'll get the job dun in no tom, wn u arrive ask 4 Greg or Cougar ur car ? , truck, SUV, mini van wat eva it is on 4 wheels is in gr8 hands oh yeah did I tell u thy r friendly(that'z important) 2 mi nice guys, chk em out.

Don’t believe the previous reviews…This is LITERALLY THE WORST AUTO SHOP IN PHILLY! your car can be waiting here for weeks without no communication on what’s actually happening with your CAR! customer service is extremely poor EVERYTHING is poorly managed. I urge you to not get your car fixed here. PRICES ARE EXTREMELY HIGH! and the job DO NOT be completed on your car.

I use to think this was a credible shop but I don't know anymore. I'm a senior and I had him service my car because the battery died. But I wasn't able to contact him that evening and by the time I did someone broke out my back passenger window. So he has to fix that also. He did pretty decent price for window fix and supposed to be a new battery ( I haven't seen it) got my car back thought I was good since the car didn't give me any problems previous to the battery dying. It's been since November 6th now. And my car is still at his shop. I call almost everyday to not get an answer and unable to leave voicemails because it's full. Engine light was on and the car keeps saying the back door is open so it drains the battery. First he said it was a fuel sensor, then he said it could be a throttle now he says the wiring has been chewed. I'm still waiting. Can't get an answer when you call. Can't get a return text. Hmmmm So to me it's really unprofessional not to return a call when it's business. I am starting to think I'm getting the run-around. So that's why I'm posting this current dilemma. What do y'all think.

I have had problems finding auto shops I trust, but strawberry mansion auto-repair I trust and I also been going there for years. Greg (the owner) is also my next door neighbor, probably the only truthworthy person in the world, my opinion.

I Went too Greg about 3 weeks because my car kept Shutting off due too me needing a censor he looked at it then made my check engine light go off n guess who car didn’t shut off since? Minesssss lol I just saved $300 for the time being by going too strawberry mansion auto☺️
