DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE YOUR TAXES NOT BEING SUBMITTED! I was recommended by a close friend who I valued her opinion deeply, which turns out to be the worst decision of my life. I entrusted this person to file my taxes for 2022. Something was a bit off the first visit, so I decided to go to a new accountant this year. Once I had filed my 2023 with this new account, I asked him if he can look into my taxes for 2022 and he replied that it was never filed… now calling the Steve’s office, who by the way I spoke to him directly!!!!! said he would have to investigate on why it wasn’t “filed”. I called 3 times and everytime I spoke to someone, they would ask me as if I don’t even have a record there AND if they can call me back! Disrespectful and unprofessional overall. Worst nightmare! He will be responsible for any penalty fees!!!!!!!

I usually do not write negative review but is taxes we are talking about. . So I used him a few years back. I was recommended by someone that I valued his opinion. He “filed” my 2019 tax returns . I emailed and emailed and no response to confirm my taxes were submitted. Today I’m trying to close my business and I got hit that I cannot because I have to file my 2019 taxes . I’m telling the representative that I did because is in front of me . She then asked me to log in to my tax account all of my returns are on file e Brit my 2019 return . Taxes are not to played with and to think that now I have to pay extra just to fix this mess.

Steve has been doing my taxes for the last three years and is always professional and thorough. This year things were even better for me because I didn't have to leave my home. I felt secure with providing the App he uses with my info. A zoom call later, my taxes were filed. I always receive friendly and affordable service!

Choose another accountant!! Over the course of three tax years, Steve failed to file returns, provided faulty advice, filed returns late, and was generally disorganized and unresponsive. It has taken me nearly a year with a new accountant to unwind this mess, and Steve’s errors have cost me thousands of dollars and dozens of hours of time. I hate to leave a negative review for such a nice guy but it feels important to warn others before you get yourself in a tax hell hole like me.

I originally met Steve in 2017 at a business networking group. I started using him as my accountant for my 2019 taxes as I was then married filling jointly and with my husband's work as a union carpenter, we could have 15+ W2s in multiple states. Steve is a great guy, and he has made things easy for us that we continue to use him even as we moved from PA to NJ, and now NYC. We have a busy family, but Steve has at least made filing our taxes easy, worth the piece of mind. Thank you, Steve.

Update: after years of decent service, something terrible has happened. Our filings WERE NOT FILED. The payment plan we set up through the IRS was never finalized and we repeatedly had to reach out for any update. Tax stuff is generally terrifying, and only made worse by a really nice guy who clearly is in over his head. DO NOT USE.

10/10 recommend. The customer service is out of this world. With them there is no reason to stress, they will take things step by step and make sure that you fully understand whatever it is you need. Everyone is also super friendly and easy going. I don’t usually leave reviews but after my visit it was a must. Love these guys!!

For me I didn’t know anything about filing taxes, The paperwork I didn’t understand anything. I was trying to read all of those big words and codes.While honestly When it came to trying to explain what I needed to doI didn’t know where to start.But then I was suggested to Steve!!! And he made my tedious and frustrating process so simple and easy !!!Steve's hospitality and business mannerism is phenomenal. He works diligently and gives you an accurate timeline on when to expect your request of services.
