The representative tried to get me to purchase a whole new LCD even though only the glass on my phone was damaged. I had the replacement glass (that I pre-purchased) with me.She got upset when I was only asking questions and even got rude at the end, telling me to go to the phone store up the block. She kept telling me "I fix phones" as a response to my questions, but my older cousin fixes phones and I've replaced LCDs before (for larger devices) myself, so I know how it works.She was clearly trying to upcharge me and "replace" parts I don't need replaced just to hike up the overall cost. That's not honest business.So, I recommend (to other black folks) the phone repair shop up the block from this one, as suggested by the representative.

Best cellphone store EVER !! They work very quickly . I went there with a broken phone and they fixed it in less than an hour WITH a free screen protector. The woman in the front is so nice and sweet. Would definitely recommend this place !

Best place ever, from selling cellphones to repairing cellphones. They even gave me a discount. On top of that, they work really fast, I once went there to fix my iphone, the screen blackout completely, they told me to comeback in half an hour and when I went there to pick it up, the phone was already fixed.
