Nasty attitude coming from the lady with black head-wrap at the cashier. If you don’t want to provide decent service to your customers then just quit and shove your attitude back to yourself. STOP being MEAN!!!!! The campus should not allow this kind of staff to provide service to its students. No one deserves that kind of attitude. No wonder this place gets such a low rating.

I am wondering why am I charged 27 dollars for 2 drink ? With few pump of extra brown sugar, I came in for a refund the next day like they said they told me l, ”this is computer generated response, this Starbucks is not cooperative with the Starbucks company it is own by the university so we can decide on the cost of what you add” this lady also said everything cost money, so I am thinking some pump of brown sugar cost 10 dollar is normal? I am reporting to corporate

The workers making the drinks are much more pleasant than the lady on register.For instance I once ordered a drink & it was wrong. I didn't make it a big deal because it wasn't. Mistakes happen & it could've easily been miscommunication on my part so the worker agreed to fix it. I was later told by the lady on register that it was my fault and needed to pay an additional $1.70 for sweet cream cold foam which I was FINE with, but she delivered the message as if I was stupid and incapable of understanding.

If I could I would give it a 0. The staff here have a bad attitude and sometimes they are really aggressive. One time I was touching the decoration on display, and one of the staff yelled DON’T TOUCH IT. She then mumbled “are you blind” under her breath. I then checked around and there was no sign or anything that says please don’t touch the decoration. Very rude. She could’ve said it in a more professional manner.

Nasty attitude. Very impatiently took my order. If it was busy I would have understand why she is being very unfriendly with students but apparently that was not the case.

the staff here is always very friendly and do their best to handle busy times with a smile. i've seen a lot of rude guest here and the staff always does their best to deal with the problems. i just drink black coffee so i can't speak volumes on the glamour drinks but i have no complaints !

This is the Starbucks to go to in this neighborhood. It is quick and efficient. Massive crowd waiting and still got a mobile order in 5 mins.

I've been coming here for a few weeks now and haven't had any issues. I like that they have someone monitoring the orders in the morning. The staff is helpful and cheerful and there are a few seats.

This Starbucks is located in the Downtown Marriott. First complaint, I would much rather have picked up a coffee and a bite to eat at Reading Terminal, but the hours are 8-6, that eliminates breakfast and dinner for me. So I hit Starbucks for breakfast. This is a very busy Starbucks, both for mobil and walk in orders. Got the coffees in no time, the two Gouda sandwiches was another thing. I waited for almost 20 minutes, than everyone was complaining, so they started "on the fly" orders, so then they were serving customers which were in line after me.. I asked for my money back on the two sandwiches, which I got, but I should have gotten the coffees gratis as well. The employees were nice enough, except for the concierge handing out the orders, someone standing in from of you holding two coffees for almost 20 minutes wasn't a "red flag" ?,but there was one person heating the sandwiches, the suck job of the universe, and she was overwhelmed, I actually felt sorry for her. By the time I left Starbucks, Reading Terminal was open and I picked up a delicious chocolate croissant that was cheaper and better than what is offered at Starbucks and the transaction took about 3 minutes

This was a frequent stop during my recent work trip. I had a lot of meetings in the hotel that connected to this Starbucks so we would constantly stop in for a drink or a snack. The staff were all super nice and even though it was a very busy Starbucks, I never really had to wait long. My drinks were always perfect, the food was always good. 10/10!
