I recently bought apple airpods gen 3, from this location. I did a full check to see if they are fake or not and they were %100 fake. I paid a good $175 for these js for it to be fake. You could of at least made it cheaper knowing it was fake

Made the print services complete rocket science. Only need 2 pages printed at only ‘$.50’ total. Turned out to be $0.53, thus the card I was given on the store to complete the print continued to not work. Had to keep asking the representative for help to finish the printing. Turned something so simple into something so difficult

This location is amazing! The GM Randy was able to help me in a huge pinch when I needed business cards by 8am the next day (18 hour turn around) and when I couldn’t make it before they closed the night of, they were able to hand it off to me in the morning while I was on my way to the conference! Amazing customer service, so kind and caring, truly felt valued as a customer every step of the way!!

My Mom needed a new computer monitor, so my husband and I went with her to purchase one. The employees were very helpful. We went back a 2nd time to buy a few other items. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. My Mom knows a woman at the checkout counter. She's really friendly and kind. It's a lovely store.

I don't often write reviews, but the service I received from Barbara at Staples on Oregon Ave in Philadelphia compels me to share my experience. She has an exceptional way of making customers feel valued and appreciated. Her ability to solve complex problems with ease and reassure customers is a true representation of stellar customer service. Although this isn't the closest Staples to my location, Barbara's exemplary service has convinced me to make it my preferred store for printing, shipping, and even household supplies. Her approach is a testament to the kind of outstanding dedication that deserves recognition. Barbara's remarkable service is the reason this Staples will be my first choice from now on.o

Great Staples, been going to this location for years and they've always been very helpful, kind and patient with me and my young son (who tends to get into some stuff here and there).I really like every employee has ever run into or ever worked with when I have gone there. Whether it comes to questions about school supplies or office supplies or technology devices, I've always had people that know they're doing, and are willing to stop what they're doing to help.Whoever is in charge of hiring their employees obviously got a good sense for character, work ethics and also customer satisfaction ,which is rare these days, especially in retail.
