Just came in to make some copies. I also had to print out something from an email. Without me even having to ask, an employee asked me if I needed any help and when I told him what I needed to do he showed me a better, faster, less expensive way that I would not have been able to figure out. Thank you! You guys rock.

Rich in the photo department is really fantastic at his job, and very personable. He helped us with confusing international passport photos, which required specific sizes and a digital copy. He really went above and beyond when we were confused about potentially requiring a code - he researched the answer for us. He took his time with our photos and he made sure that we looked good in the images. He was patient and professional. I'm not sure if he's the actual manager of the photo department, but if not, he should be!

Went there to drop off a prepaid UPS package but the return label was too light to read. Jason Levine went above and beyond in letting me send the label to the store, so he was able to print it out there for me. Great customer service!!

This review is for the lady in the printing department. Didn't get her name but she should be running that entire place if she isn't already. I was in the Thursday 9/29 in the afternoon to have some copies of flyers made for an event I'm doing. My image wasn't the right size and took multiple passes of trial and error to print correctly. She was extremely patient despite my cluelessness and eventually, we found the exact version and size that I needed, not to mention I had 4 different files we were juggling that were all very similar. Meanwhile, she dealt seamlessly with multiple other customers, including one who was quite rude. All this with complete calm and efficiency. If everyone had her attitude and work ethic our world would be a much better place. My hat goes off to her and I couldn't have gotten my flyers right without her help. It's not often you see this type of service in a corporate store. If the manager or boss in this place can see this, give this lady a raise! She deserves it.

I came in to print out a last minute sign for a charity event and at check out realized there was a mistake (completely my fault) on the print. The manager came over and told me that they support charities and would be willing to reprint my edited design for free! I am so grateful to the amazing staff at the 1300 S Christopher Columbus Blvd location for their professionalism and kindness. I was in a bind with last minute planning and they were able to accommodate my rushed print!!!!

Apparently they've updated the copy machines to taking debit cards so there's no having to load a Staples card. Other than that there was just the standard annoying urban pop music overhead...
