This was the worst oil change experience I’ve ever had. The technician spent just 4 minutes on my car, claiming he changed the oil and filter and added more than the required 5 quarts of oil—mind you, my car wasn’t even due for an oil change for another 1,000+ miles. I asked to see the old filter, and was rudely told it was already in the trash. I insisted on seeing it, and after a 30-minute wait, the technician brought out a dripping oil filter, which he then dropped on my car seat, staining both the seat and the floor.
When I pointed out how unprofessional this was and noted that it didn’t even look like my old filter, the technician became defensive and laughed it off. I’m convinced that the 30-minute wait was spent finding some random old filter to pretend it was mine. This was clearly an attempt to scam me out of more money for a service that wasn’t needed or requested.
Why else would they get so defensive? Changing the oil and filter in 4 minutes with no other cars in the shop? And how is the old filter at the bottom of the trash if you just changed it? This place is a scam—avoid at all costs!
***Update just left pep boys not only was filter not changed I needed more oil, so I literally have been spending nearly $130 for oil changes and its been a SCAM the entire time !!

Bad cleaning and vacuum job. Visible dust and dog hair still in car. Obviously do not care about doing the bare minimum. Won’t go back

Highly recommend. Quick oil change, they filled up my windshield fluid. Nice staff. Good job cleaning too. Gets the job done.

They do a good job here and it’s well priced. The lines are VERY long and I think they close really early and it’s difficult to get there if you work full time. There are some other places in north philly that do the same job for less $ but the location here is really good so, it’s always packed.

Had ac service and just about a hr after I left, only Passenger side is blowing cold now. Waste of 100 bucks. Car wash is ok. Ac systems are expected to handled by experts because in case of this it could cost you more. I scheduled a ac recharge tomorrow with the dealership which might now run me another 2-3 hundred. Thanks
Edit 4 hours went by and now no ac at all

The only car wash I can use and get great results. My car has a scooter lift attachment. I can't go through traditional car wash tunnels, but because they hand wash, I can go through with no trouble.
