I needed a screen protector and case for my new phone. I called ahead and when I got there they didn't have the case (my fault for not specifying Pro vs. standard iPhone). They apologized and gave me the screen protector for free! Super-friendly and helpful - will definitely go back.

Called to get a quote but instead of understanding my question he tried to tell me I didn’t understand him. I clearly understood what he said. Then when he realized I was asking a perfectly good question he answered it with an attitude and hung up the phone abruptly.
