DON’T EVER DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP!!! I would put zero or minus if I could!! So I went there Nov 29th, 2019. I got my car right away with Steve on the same day, he was really nice and helping me a lot and all. But I just realized I gave him $7000 but he only put $6500 for down payments on the paperwork agreement. He asked me for a blank check from my bank and he write it down for DMV payments. Only couple days later he asked me another $1500 on Dec 3rd, 2019 saying the bank didn’t approved my loans but of course I said no. And I said I’ll sent back the car. And he sugarcoated me with everything till I kept the car. Well, after a month my bank called me and let me know he cashed my check out but whiteout the written “for DMV payments” and changed it “for South Philly Auto Sales” and “for car’s down payments” with the amount of $1122. I called him and texted but he didn’t answer, so I went there with my boyfriend (now is my husband) during Covid and he scared and won’t let my husband in with Covid reasons. He told me it was for tags and car registration etc. And I told him if the car registration it was only $38 dollars at the time and the tags fee and everything he already charged me on the paperwork agreement why do he charged me twice? And with any other stup*d reasons he’s trying to avoid to answers me and again not letting my boyfriend in cause he scared of him (he is now my husband). Years past and I paid it off. He made all the covid excuses for years and all to not giving me the title and saying I had to call Harrisburg. I did and they said it’s not there. I kept going back and forth even after my car paid off (about two years and half) last time he’s saying he’s not working there anymore and leaving about 2 years ago (2021). So I went to Alex’s Auto Tag then there I knew my car wasn’t paid off and there’s never ever a loan existed under my name or South Philly Auto Sales on their Data on CFC Auto Credit in New Jersey so South Philly Auto Sales scammed me! They said the CFC Auto Credit is my lender but they wanted me to pay cash/checks/money order to them and they will pay it to CFC Auto Sales on my behalf. I got so pissed and after that I called him (Steve) and I told him about everything I heard and told him I will report him to the cops and penndot cause I have sent the money to him by zelle so I got his name and information. He’s telling me to call South Philly Auto Sales and wow to my surprise I got my title less than 2 weeks lol. I regretted buying him a $50 dollars cake smh.

Purchased a 2008 Honda Civic with “75k” miles for $10k at the peak of used car gouging. I should have known better when they asked me to lie to the loan company. They told me I needed to tell them that I traded in my 2010 Civic in addition to the cash down payment I made. I did so out of desperation, which is my own fault. Within 60 days a buying this lemon I was told the rack and pinion was shot, practically shredded two new sets of tires because the suspension was shot, had to replace the timing belt, struts, a/c compressor, battery, and a few other things I can’t recall, and now the transmission. It’s clear they put lipstick on a pig. I’ve put more money into this car in one year than I put into my old civic that I drove for 12 years with 250k miles. Disgraceful.

They sold me a car, that started breaking down before 30 days of having the car. Within the 8 months of having the car, I was only able to drive it 3 of those months. Every time I fixed one thing another thing broke down a week later and the car went through 3 engines in that time frame also. The last time the car went to the shop I paid for the problem to be fixed, the car broke down an hour later. Then they said they couldn't fix it. The shop would give me my money back of course ? Worst experience ever

Omg these guys are amazing, they said everyone is approved, so I went in to prove them wrong and I walked away with my very own car If you have a job but horrible credit. I'm telling you go see these guys you won't be sorry ?

I went to 6 car lot's that said they can approve you of bad credit and they couldn't. But South Philly auto said we can get you approved and they did.

The first thing I noticed when I walked onto the lot, every single car was clean. They were all nice cars in excellent condition. And what I thought was a problem with my credit, wasn’t because Steve got it done, While giving me the most for my trade, which made it so much easier to part with. If you need a car go see Steve at South Philly auto sales, you will not be disappointed.

This place ran my credit, which had an effect on my credit score and I have good credit, then they failed to contact me at all. When me and my husband went to the place they instantly told us they sold they car and had nothing available. They treated us as if we didn't have the money. The white men at this dealership obviously did not want to sell us a car. I only wish I had never submitted an application to them to save myself the points on my credit score.

I really enjoyed my experience, Steve was phenomenal! He empathized with me while I prayed & cried and he was just as happy as I was when I was approved. ? South Philly Auto never disappoints.
